    Deliveryk ശേഷം 80 കിലോ ആയിരുന്ന ഞാൻ എല്ലാവരുടേം തടി വച്ചു എന്ന് പറയണ കേട്ട് fooding കുറച്ചു കുറച്ചു എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞാൽ പട്ടിണി ആയിരുന്നെന്നു വേണമെങ്കിൽ പറയാം അങ്ങനെ അങ്ങനെ 1 വർഷം കടന്ന് പോയി. രാവിലെ ഒരു അപ്പം പാൽ ചായ ഉച്ചക്ക് ഒരു കയിൽ ചോർ evng പച്ച വെള്ളം വിശന്നാലും കഴിക്കില്ല രാത്രി ചോർ ഒരു kayil last എന്റെ weight 53 അതോടപ്പം വെളുത്ത ഞാൻ കറുത്തു പോയി. പിന്നെ എല്ലാരുടേം പറച്ചിൽ ക്ഷീണിച് കറുത്ത് പോയല്ലോ എന്നാണ് അതും മനസ്സിനെ vallathe ആക്കി. പിന്നെ തീറ്റ തുടങ്ങി ippo 65 aayi ippo വീണ്ടും കുറക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി വീഡിയോ കാണുന്ന ഞാൻ😂

    Drink 4litre water throughout the day
    Time is important for ur eating habits
    8am breakfast:-2 chapathi ore 1 dosa with small amount of curry
    12:30pm lunch:-nammal curry edukunathe polle rice edukanam like 2 spoon rice and curry kurach large amount edukam and non veg curry anel eppo fish anel ore fish piece edukam.curry kurach mathi fry kazhikathe irikunathe ane nallathe
    4pm tea time:- have blacktea without sugar eat nutrichoice biscuits 2 to 3 pieces
    5pm workout:- just walk for 1hrs or 1/2hrs
    7pm dinner:- eat salads if u are starving then eat 1 chapathi
    Idak vishakunavark 2 nuts or dates allel 1 apple kazhikam
