- I am waking up @ 7.30 these days.. so its really hard to follow 16:8 ratio now . So i have made my own routine dears..
What I am following now -
morning - 10 suryanamaskar & 10 burpees
evening - 15 mints simple workouts & 20 situps
with a healthy food chart of 14:10..
