I remember watching you during the early days. So young so vibrant so enthusiastic and lots of healthy gluten free, vegan breakfast recipes.
Fast forward, now you’ve grown so much in realising who you are and aligned with your true self. Keep going. You are a Domestic Geek and no one can take that away from you as long as you’re doing you.
As soon as I watched this I realized I had almost everything in my pantry except spinach. I made it for lunch and my husband loved it. It’s different and now a heavy base soup. Sooo good. Instead of Spinach I used a cup + of mixed frozen veggies and it was DE-licious. Lucky us, please don’t stop doing what cha do. Go Chiefs! Marti in Kansas City, MO

WOW!!! The best soup ever! I made it tonight and my family went nuts over it. I found spinach and ricotta stuffed tortellini and made it with chicken. I think it's the best soup I've ever tasted. Thank you dear, you're beautiful and glowing :)

I'm soooo grounded from cream I've backed myself in a corner all year long and used it daily and got high cholesterol eek guess I gotta go with the milk this looks amazing yum!
Chia seeds is also very good for thickening if you don't want to use flour and chia seeds are very good protein as well as your omega's

Looks delicious. I noticed your video recipes are slightly different than the written recipe. In the written version, you called for flour, but didn't use it here. Does it need it?
Hi There! I added the flour just after the garlic and seasoning (just around the 2:10 mark!). You can leave it out, but the flour will help to thicken everything up to give you a nice creamy consistency!
You are always an inspiration for healthy, yet delicious recipes. However, I also stuck in figuring how to provide healthy and delicious meals with less sodium because my husband has to keep his blood pressure at the safe and stable level for the next few weeks.
You can see all of the nutritional information including sodium on the recipes page on healthymealplans.com! A few tips to reduce the sodium in recipes - try to choose no sodium/salt added broths or try making your own broth! You can also swap out high sodium ingredients with lower sodium alternatives. For example in this recipe - look for a tortellini brand with low sodium or opt for a filling other than cheese!

Is the cream/milk needed? What would be a good substitute for dairy free version?
I usually just use non dairy milk in soups and it works out (like almond milk)
