I feel the same about taking ibuprofen but when I had my shoulder injury my physio said I needed to take some to help the inflammation because otherwise I would just be waiting too long to be able to work on the muscles/nerves. I was super hesitant but ibuprofen is so much better than a cortisone shot which is what can be required if you don’t deal with the inflammation
You have the cutest matching outfits ever!!!!! Honestly makes me want to have cute outfits to work out in, although I work out at home 💕And it’s winter in Canada so I’m just wearing a hoodie and leggings.

not really xx you can just search up ‘cycle syncing’ or ‘seed cycling’ and i just take a read xx
