Super motivating vlog! I think you would absolutely love bullet journalling, a little time aside a day and it was super helpful to my box ticking mind! Think you would get on really well! It helps with mindfulness aswell!

running on your toes actually doesn't work for everyone! it depends on your foot shape and leg shape and general gait, there's quite a lot of research into it but basically no one should be completely heel striking, but for a lot of people actually consciously trying to run on the balls of their feet is bad for calves! (I loved this video though) x
Stretching before going on a run is actually bad for your run! It makes your muscles weaker and increases the chance to injure yourself. So before a run it's smart to warm up with a massage gun and dynamic stretches, and post run you should stretch :)
