    This is an exceptionally good work. I also love playing elves since I started MTG and haven't come across such a good and helpful video/article for a long long time. Looking forward to seeing your opinion on the priest - I am not sure to replace Archie though. Greetings from Austria and merci beaucoup. M.

      Thank you so much! I did put a lot of effort in creating this and seeing such a positive feedback from the community means everything to me. I hope we'll be able to upgrade the deck significantly when priest comes out, I will definitely be around to test it and share my thoughts for sure!

      Thank you so much for your comment! I am not playing at the moment (I saw you joined our discord channel, so you might read the full explanation there) but I really hope I'll be back at some point with fresh ideas on the deck!

    I wanted to ask a question. If I don't want to play the cauldron, do you think it would be a good idea to replace Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler instead.
    1. He can make your dorks tap has haste
    2. He can revive druid, elvish warmaster, vizier, the 2 cost lord
    3. With Realmwalker and Elven chorus you can just go to the infinity and beyond with the top
    Would really appreciate your take on this because your the person that made me believe in elf again!!

      Hello! Tyvar is one of the cards I get asked the most about. In my opinion, with the modern legal cards that exist right now, Tyvar is not an elf card. Archdruid is such a crucial part of the deck that you cannot really afford milling it to the graveyard. The strategy you are suggesting would work better in the OG Devoted combo shell, as it plays both giver and Stoneforge and a playset of Viziers. Stoneforge especially is amazing with Tyvars ability. It would also mean you would have to cut Grist, another card that's exceptional in grindy matchups. The same goes for Realmwalker and Ezuri, you do not wish to mill those cards. Furthermore, it would take up the curve from 2 to 3 a little bit too much, the deck is already testing it's limits with the 3 drops and chorus, which is a 4 drop.
      If you do not wish to buy Cauldrons, I would go to a lower to the ground tactic, meaning I would probably play a playset of nettle sentinels, to try to abuse the synergy with Chorus. This is the list I ran in the Regionals:
      www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/6150456#paper
      For the last Cauldron spot I would add a 2nd Realmwalker, but it really depends on your local meta. If you mostly play online like me, Realmwalker is defo the choice.

    what percent of wins you have in mtgo? 50% or less

    • @musagete3942
      @musagete3942  5 месяцев назад

      I've never calculated it but I would say it's over 50% for sure, as I keep doing this for free for years while paying for a manatraders gold subscription with the wins too.
