Blender Shortcuts i use in this video:
R: Rotate
G: Grab
S: Scale
R/G/S + X/Y/Z (Rotate, Grab,or Scale along X/Y/Z axis )
SHIFT + D: Duplicate
H: Hide
ALT + H : Unhide
E: Extrude
F: Fill (to fill a face or an edge)
CTRL + A : Apply scale/rotation/position
TAB: go into Edit Mode
(Armature) CTRL + TAB : go into pose mode.
ALT + Z: wireframe mode
CTRL + P : Parent
CTRL+SHIFT+C (Armature pose mode): Set Constraint
