- This one was quite a learning experience for me! I struggled through a lot of wiring BS, but I finally got it sorted out. Well, enough that it works as intended. For the most part.
i ts totally cool seeing your posts on the amc forum i follow you .... i have a 1969 javelin with a 390 that Rick ( sc397) built me -- that im resto modding it.. because i cant keep anything stock anyways :-) your doing a great job and keep it up

First off the waterpump would have self clearance at first start up 😅😂😊,and are you sure the temp sending unit isn't still completely the circuit until it cools off?
😆 And yea, It may be something like that. I’m going to leave it for now. If the low fan is on it only stays on for a few minutes.
