I like to do 4 sets for most exercises. If something feels good that day I might do a 5th. In terms of sets typically between 8-15. With most exercises I am in a 10-12 rep range.
@@ishitarathee6594 for the compound movements it is usually around 90 seconds to 2 minutes depending on how recovered I feel. I will shorten the rests to around 45 to 60 for more isolated lifts!
