Chick lives on for a long time. This video testifies to it: The dialogues with all participating jazz musicians are unique. This is jazz in its purest form and great art.

I'm ashamed to confess I didn't know who was Chick Corea until a few days ago when I was listening/watching videos in youtube. And then I just found out that he recently passed away :( Rest in Peace Maestro, thank you so much for your music and the videos you left behind sharing your knowledge with all of us aficionados.

Chick's touch is instantly recognizable. His way of articulating is something no one can emulate, along with his choice of voicing and melodic lines. One of the most amazing voices and icons in jazz.

I became aware of Chick Corea through Manhattan Transfer's tribute album, which is awesome. Now I am loving the original stuff.
