For every 120 increments of chocobo today (I did 600 total) I was getting roughly 2-3 Dagger shards. Since we also have 120 Mindspheres in the Mog shop we can grind, along with 46 days of this event - it seems setup to make Dagger a very inexpensive slow build. I'm not planning to spend any vis on her if I can avoid it.

I am glad she is free because already having Rinoa and QMacharie getting a good MA2, I wouldn't pull for Dagger. She seems to be a different option, not necessarily better in most situations. I wish she was a different element. She would get 10x the play as a water or ice unit.
I have just started playing this game this week. I really love FFIX - kinda nostalgic and melancholic at the same time. I appreciate this content, however as a newbie I get overwhelmed with all the VCs that are needed for the whole team 🥹😅 i guess I just need to keep on playing to progress naturally.
First off, welcome to the game! If you haven't already, I highly suggest joining a discord community like Auronnj's and/or a guild with a discord community - it makes the experience so much better. This game does reward the patient, you will collect the things you need over time if you keep at it!
It's a casualty of the new schedule, unfortunately I just don't have time to produce that many videos on that quick of a turnaround since I have a family and work full time.

I agree, I was thinking this also, she should'nt have been earth - although she is different, there was just enough overlap with Rinoa and Macherie.
