According to the sales figures, the game has rebounded from a poor month; at this point I think they're doing what they can to keep the game alive. Honestly it felt bad for awhile with a completely overturned new meta and fast and furious releases with handouts and freebies few and far between. Things have been more stable and more generous as of late, if they keep that up I think the game will be much healthier - lets hope they do.

Agrias or Orlandeau are the best choices

Use her mainjob sub if you want to utilize the magic barrier, otherwise probably Paladin for most things.

@JB79 yep I used the coin that gave me her fully upgraded so I don't have to put anything into her

I do consider it, and it’s mentioned in passing a few times throughout the two videos - at the end of the day all equipment is situational, even character specific equipment, so it doesn’t really change my opinion very much on what they can do.

The triggered CT Up effect on shout at least is a really cool ability, should fare better in most PVP than Delita because of that.

@JB79 hey man I totally hear you. Its just wild and beyond my capability of understanding that they didn't upgrade any of his passives, or eveb reaction abilities. I mean for heck's sakes, stone throw didn't even get a fun tweak.

Commanders will be gradually added to the game in the future, most likely starting with the new Jayden unit we will be getting as part of the 5th anniversary.

If you have the veritas crystal accessory, I'd probably lean slightly towards Flame Veritas for PVP, since he will have next gen caliber stats with that equipped.

I would go for Ramza, I think he's a more useful unit overall with his Shout ability giving the CT effect now.

Is this 120 FFT unit for comeback players. I dont see that banner :(

@@KelOm22 You get a token on day 3 of the FFT Login bonus. You can exchange that token in the Mog Medal shop for your unit of choice.

You're right, I missed that in translation. Definitely a better skill, but I don't think it really changes my opinion of the overall upgrade.

Welcome back! I've not heard anything about a VP collab even in JP, but that would be pretty cool!

There just wasn't enough there with the upgrades that it warranted making a whole video about it, they each only had a couple of tweaks.

I think 40% of the players from Global Play because Tactics, i was seeing some vídeos from JP vertion for FFT development after 140 and a bunch of Japane players was saying that this collab will save global lol. And Even Agrias being The real MVP from the update, i think Ramza will be the most played one because his kit can be used in any team with 100% eficience

I think tactics will be their “panic button”. When they see a sharp decline in sales, they’ll pull on tactics to create the demand like what they’re doing now.

Delita is a fan favorite, even if he's not meta he is still a good unit! As for Diggs, I'm glad someone noticed that little easter egg.

I guess he won't wince since agrias stomps on snow. She more of a battle against oldoa and even then I guess agrias still have an edge with that many negative sts 😂

Youre definitely right. He's the best candidate for coming up with very creative character build directions. I have some ideas of my own. It just would have made the game less boring and felt more loved to make Ramza a flexible, strong, unique character.

Thankfully on the third day of the collab is a free select FFT unit ticket, and they come automatically as level 120, its amazing. No voices were added to my knowledge though.

Not entirely true, but mostly true. They did announce MA3 in the recent JP livestream to help modernize older units.

At least it's very tunable for him, you can tune him to have 3, 4, 5, or 6 movement (w/ sortilege) to dial it in exactly how you need it.

@@JB79 Yeah, I mean in term of equipment, other bonuses from Sortilege are great on Ramza but +1 MOVE seems more like a downside to me, even though he may need it to land a perfect Shout. Its 15 single res is already on par with Survival Vest and it opens up armour slot for Keen Blade. It's just too good to pass but at the same time has an unwanted downside. Maybe I should wait and see him in real action.

Sortilege though is just a move enhancement for the first turn, so you can eliminate him getting baited after that by maybe just keeping him at a base 3 or base 4 so he returns to more normal movement on the 2nd turn. Plenty of options.
