Thank you so much for the easy to follow pattern. I just lo love that new stitch I have learned today. I am a beginner. Sincerely Mercy Scott From California
I made the baby blanket with Bernat Baby Blanket yarn. It turned out beautiful and super chunky. I made mine bigger into a toddler size. So many people asked me to make them an afghan like it!!!
It’s on the last cable in the row (top right corner at the beginning of this video). But if you know you made it, you must have corrected it straight away after making this short. Beautiful, even work! 🥰 I’ve also made my first sweater on 2mm needles, the wool was extremely thin, I did it with the double stitch (“marshmallow” or English stitch), took me 2 years to finish and it shrank after the first wash…😢😅😂
Is this called the Marshmallow stitch? I thought the marshmallow was a V stitch row then 3DC 1c 3 DCs with FPDCs decreases in the legs of the V stitches . This stitch I though5 was the sedge or falling leaves stitch. I’m very confused.

isn't this just the falling leaves stitch? the first stitch of the row is different, but everything else is exactly the same.
its also called the Blanket Stitch which i know so well.
