Pretty good Jinhshi doesn't want anyone who takes up too much field time, she is a burst DPS machine Gun, this means she wants to keep pumping out her damage, anyone who takes more than 6~7 seconds will just be a hindering her dps.

I want changli to take the spotlight and i dont like chixia or encore so having yangyang who can charge her concerto quickly and help give changli some energy would help since i wont have to bank as much on getting as much ER from echoes for changli. I also think yangyang can partially benefit from changli's outro at least on the RL dmg side more so than other potential supports.
I'm hella broke after losing the Jinhsi 50/50, I have zero pity, zero resources, and a dream... So unless I get extremely lucky in a random single pull, the Changli dream is dead AF...😭

am i the only one who thinks encore and changli are a pretty mid team not because its bad but because encore is forced to play sub optimally compared to having sanhua over changli and i also think changli and chixia are a significantly better duo than changli encore having changli buff encore makes her do less damage and stops her from swap cancelling animation the buff is 10 sec long while her ult is also 10 so if you want to make use of liberation damage you have to cast forte earlier than usual which results in less dps also not allowed to cancel because you lose buff compare that to sanhua with 14 sec basic attack deepen and you can swap cancel at the end because its not buffed anyways likely this doesnt matter if zhezhi does have still damage amp on her outro then she becomes the best teammate for changli as long as her concerto built up doesnt take forever like taoqi
i have the same thought. Everyone praising Encore-Changli but i think Chixia is a better partner for Chancli. Changli outro buff the sub dps with Short Liberation dmg window, a fusion dps And liberation dmg is high which Chixia has all of that.

It could be better tbh bc both are highly swap cancellable. Encore's basic dmg does fall but her skill spam will be greater so we dk yet, its hard to say. The forte never mattered, u lose the dmg amplification buff moment u swap out(dmg is counted on hit so its not snap shotted b4 u swap out).
Yeah, that Concerto gain is just TOO SLOW. I tried pumping up her ER to massive amounts, going to around 250%, so I could supplement her Concerto with Reso Liberation... only to run into the issue of RL cool down. If only there was a Moonlit set Echo that could accelerate Concerto Energy gain like the Flaurist.
I like Taoqi i use her for all the hard Content 😅 Beat with Taoqi + Encore S1 + Verina Hologramm 6 Aix and first room in the middle Tower (3Stars) i love the tankiness
I think she needs to Ult every rotation to maximize his damage and forte. So I will use Yang Yang. But Zhezhi will come so I'll pull her when she's out. Chixia sometimes are not concerto Efficiency. But Yangyang has fewer seconds onfield and at S6 she buffs attack. too. Taoqi has 8-9 seconds onfield which I feel bad.
Hello, I'd like to get some opinions. I was planning to pull for Changli to pair with my Encore but I've been hearing that she doesn't synergize as well as I hoped because they both want a lot of field time. My current teams are Calcharo (hoping to replace with Xiangli Yao) Yinlin Jianxin, Rover Sanhua Verina, and I was hoping to build the last team to be Encore Changli Baizhi but am worried it would be better to just for Jinshi and pair her with a S5 Yuanwu and bench Rover or Encore. I'm a low spender who just buys battle pass and astrite pass, but struggle with ToA so I think it would be smart to prioritize what would help my account the most even though I wanted Changli. I also lost my last 50/50 so I'm guaranteed on the next banner and have about 14k astrite to spend. Any advise or suggestions are appreciated!
@broccolibronco Encore works with Changli, but you're right, they aren't that synergistic since they both want a decent amount of field time. The team is still definitely powerful, but once Jinhsi gets a good coordinated attack character (Zhehzi in 1.2) She is going to get much stronger since Yuanwu doesn't contribute much to damage. With that being said, Zhehzi or any new quickswap Fusion attacker would also make Changli much better as well, and with the recent changes Changli got a bit more powerful since she can reliably use her liberation every rotation. Unfortunately, I don't know which characters will come, so I believe it's best to prioritize which character you like more! Changli doesn't fall behind Jinhsi too much in damage, so if you like her more, then get her. If the perfect character comes out in the future, she may even outperform her. Jinhsi would be the safer "meta" option, as Zhehzi will 100% make her team do more damage, but remember that the game will always be more fun if you pull for the characters like you like more.

You just need to make sure you stay on field with Encore for less than 10 seconds, because you want Changli to be doing most of the damage. Surprisingly enough, Chixia is a great option, especially for single target, since Changli does buff both her Fusion damage, and liberation damage. Overall those two are the best options. Since your Yin Lin is tied up with Calcharo.

Her sequences are pretty good overall. If you can afford to "whale" for her, she is a good choice. Up to her s3 will offer significant upgrades, and then her s6 is pretty great. Now, only if you can afford it, I'd stop at s2.

Get Encore. She's much better than Calcharo as a dps. Plus, we'll be getting a new electro dps in 1.2 so you can pair them with Yinlin instead.
