Despite my better instincts of playing it safe (Montego Bay was dicey) I ventured on a daytrip to Kingston and pay homage to Bob Marley. Walked in and around his house, 🎉across the area where Bob reigned in soccer. Toward the back of the house was a small bedroom nook where Bob slept. On the wall above the bed area where Bob's head would've been the guide pointed out the bullet holes in the wall...left there after Bob had been shot at -- while in bed one night. Can you just imagine the soulless individual that feels only threatened by Marley's music?? To not even feel part of it. Sad, sick world that is not going to ever change. At least be kind to animals.

When I first saw this back in the 80’s my jaw dropped. I was a teenager just getting into Marley when he passed. I tried my hardest to collect every piece of docu album tape and concert memorabilia. I still have a ticket stub from his concert in LA.

I think I read in the songs performed on The Old Grey Whistle Test they sang live over recorded instrument tracks, which I think is a shame... but that was TV back then. But as far as the singing goes, they sounded SO GOOD!!!
