Material
15-20 minisaceae, vinegar, baking soda, 200g sugar, 100g water
1.Put the apples in a bowl and wait 10 minutes with baking soda and vinegar water
2. Wash apples in running water and remove moisture.
3. Pour sugar and water into a pot and boil over medium to medium heat to dissolve the sugar.
4. Completed when syrup is light yellow (140'c)
5. Put a skewer in an apple and roll it in syrup once to coat it.

I have to be the 'um actually guy' but, it would have to be isomalt, not sugar. You can't get regular sugar to the hard crack stage with out partially caramelizing the mixture, resulting in a very noticable golden brown tinge.

안녕하세요 오늘은 아삭바삭한 🍎사과 탕후루🍎를 만들어봤습니다.
제가 사용한 사과는 '알프스 오토메'라는 품종의 미니사과인데
작년부터 저걸로 뭘 만들어볼까 하고 생각만하다가 며칠전에 마트에 갔는데
요즘 이 미니사과가 철인지 마트에 쫙 깔려있길래 얼른 주워와서 탕후루로 만들었습니다.
그동안 만들었던 재료들은 다들 부드럽고 설탕 시럽의 바삭한 식감이 강하게 느껴졌는데
이 사과로 탕후루를 만든건 첫입부터 마지막까지 바삭하고 아삭하게 먹을 수 있는것 같아서
단단한 식감을 즐겨드시는 분들에게는 아주 추천드립니다!
굳이 미니사과로 안만들어도 되고 일반 사과로도 충분히 맛있게 만들 수 있으니 한번 도전해보세요!

Would be easier to eat if you slice up the apples before dipping in the syrup, and adding more water to make the syrup soft and sticky.
Just put a toothpick in each slice so your hands don't have to get sticky when you're eating it

Everyone- Wild apples can be small, I mean a lot of the wild ones I see here are TINY compared to the ones in the super market.
Here in Chicago, you can find them in grocery stores when it’s their season. I think they bring them from Michigan.

So, it's just candied apples. Used to make those with my grandmother when I was a kid around Xmas time. About half a century ago. I miss those days, but great memories.

So basicaly who is interested in doing this: It's a thin sugar glaze. That means, if you use 200g (1 cup + 1/3 cup) of sugar, use 100g (2/3cup) of water. I don't know why he uses cm... -.-

@@곽주영-s7l It's way of measuring things, it's universal. It's 2cm and 4.8cm of the cup used. What matters is that you need 1/3 of sugar and 2/3 of water or else your sugar glaze is going to be too hard/thick or too thin.

Edit, I’m paused on the scene and it’s ‘U’ shaped like a mouth, a small one but still if the apple were bruised it wouldn’t be bruised inside in an arched line, it would be a solid patch.
