Trailer says it’s gonna have 124 characters so 16 new characters from the 108 in storm 4. So Toneri probably gonna make the cut, I just hope they rework some old characters like Itachi and Guy. Theres also the ultimate only characters for some reason like the 7 ninja swordmen, Hyuga Clan head and even those 2 Jonin that help Asuma that can work as a Pain like character😂

For anyone who didn't use to play the storm series: naruto storm franchise always release an in between game after and before a major title, for example: naruto storm generation was the naruto storm 2.5 , naruto storm revolution was the naruto storm 3.5 and from what I can see, naruto storm connection will be the naruto storm 4.5 so this is not a storm 5 at all.

They could add more characters like :Code, Daemon, otsutsuki isshiki, Jigen, baryon mode Naruto, Boroshiki,Toneri Otsutsuki, Hagoromo otsutsuki, Hamura otsutsuki, Urashiki Otsutsuki,Kashin Koji,Boro, Delta, Kawaki, older Kawaki , Older Boruto,Naomi Uchiha, Menma Uzumaki, shinki of the Iron Sand and Zetsu.

This trailer is confusing cuz from the looks of it, we could interpret this game as a Storm Legacy with some new additions but from what we can read in the website it seems we may get a brand new storymode (and maybe the 4 games's storymodes cut into boss battles with no exploration)... what ihope for is that they add tons of new characters and make adjustements and updates for pre-storm 4 playable characters (or at least some of the fan favorites)

I’ll say what we (people who played and owned storm 1-4) all are thinking. We wanted something different, storm is kinda tired, it’s a great game but we’ve been with storm over 10 years it would really be great to get a new take on the Naruto story. I think RPG open world, select your own village, choose your own path and mentors, create your own jutsus etc there is so much we still want and making another storm game that isn’t even different just a repackage just lands kind of meh.

DB had several successful video games release after the series aired and fans loved it. Naruto has done storm for a long time, if they started from scratch and built a new experience with the franchise gamers and Naruto fans would love it. Especially because we’ve never gotten that type of game from Naruto (making your own Shinobi) and the world of Naruto is very expansive.

Apparently, according to BestBuy’s description for the game, a new Boruto story will be included which is game exclusive. Meaning we might get a lot of Boruto Era characters, but it will be original story instead of manga adaptation.

As I didn't get the chance to play the first two storm games, I'm quite excited for this! There really isn't much more you can do, not until Boruto is finished at least and with the amount of new people that got into Naruto the past few years, this seems perfect imo
The problem is that there is ALREADY a collection of these (storm 1-3) games available on ALL consoles. There was no reason to make an entirely new game just to add Storm 4 to the collection.
So apparently this game will include a new story mode while also including the story mode stuff from previous games. Also it's definitely going up to at least Naruto and Sasuke vs Jigen since Sarada can use Chidori in the family ultimate move.
They said that this is going to have more characters, improved graphics, key fights from the beginning, a whole new story mode, and 60fps. This is great, people are over reacting over a reveal trailer.

For anyone who didn't use to play the storm series: naruto storm franchise always release an in between game after and before a major title, for example: naruto storm generation was the naruto storm 2.5 , naruto storm revolution was the naruto storm 3.5 and from what I can see, naruto storm connection will be the naruto storm 4.5 so this is not a storm 5 at all.
Bummer, I hope more news comes out that will at least make this game worth it😭

This trailer is confusing cuz from the looks of it, we could interpret this game as a Storm Legacy with some new additions but from what we can read in the website it seems we may get a brand new storymode (and maybe the 4 games's storymodes cut into boss battles with no exploration)... what ihope for is that they add tons of new characters and make adjustements and updates for pre-storm 4 playable characters (or at least some of the fan favorites)
My guess is parts from the previous game will be in like an Adventure mode and then story mode will be a completely new story

Acording to the trailer's description, this won't be like a "collection" type game or anything of the sorts and it will contain the story from all 4 games, but re-cut and polished in a different way than we already experienced.
But in the end, we already know the story of Naruto and how it plays out... we should've gotten sth Boruto, but i ain't complaining 🤷🏼♂️

I’ll say what we (people who played and owned storm 1-4) all are thinking. We wanted something different, storm is kinda tired, it’s a great game but we’ve been with storm over 10 years it would really be great to get a new take on the Naruto story. I think RPG open world, select your own village, choose your own path and mentors, create your own jutsus etc there is so much we still want and making another storm game that isn’t even different just a repackage just lands kind of meh.
Tbh Naruto has passed its prime to do that type of game. It'll have to be based on Boruto and thats not too big in the west so🤷♂️
@@no.1spidey-fan182 Naruto is huge, not to mention on the video game side of things developers get to find fun creative ways to refresh the series. Dragon Ball is a good example of that. DB had several successful video games release after the series aired and fans loved it. Naruto has done storm for a long time, if they started from scratch and built a new experience with the franchise gamers and Naruto fans would love it. Especially because we’ve never gotten that type of game from Naruto (making your own Shinobi) and the world of Naruto is very expansive.

Apparently, according to BestBuy’s description for the game, a new Boruto story will be included which is game exclusive. Meaning we might get a lot of Boruto Era characters, but it will be original story instead of manga adaptation.

As I didn't get the chance to play the first two storm games, I'm quite excited for this! There really isn't much more you can do, not until Boruto is finished at least and with the amount of new people that got into Naruto the past few years, this seems perfect imo

The problem is that there is ALREADY a collection of these (storm 1-3) games available on ALL consoles. There was no reason to make an entirely new game just to add Storm 4 to the collection.
