Headed to Manhattan this weekend (6 nights). Staying in Times Square (no hate please, close to where I'm going). At Javits for the Fancy Food Show. Would love some ideas for a non touristy, within a mile or two of some restaurants that are fairly reasonably priced. Also need one for 12. Thinking of heading to Hell's Kitchen. Thanks! Love these videos!
I tried the location in Penn Station, they better improve the pastrami there otherwise it won't be around next year. Smallish sandwich but cheaper than other competitors but lacking the flavor of theirs (competitors).
nonsense, the pastrami is tuff, cut paper thin to hide the fact that it's tuff, seems like a franchise with Indian people working and owning it. Tried many times, always disappoints. I just order for home delivery from Katz's now. Lived on the upper east side for twenty years, don't waste your time or money. Katz's cuts by hand, not a slicer machine, is three times as thick and melts in your mouth. Pastrami Queen is the Pastrami joke.
My favorite place along with 2nd Ave Deli.
love this! makes me wanna go try :D
It’s a little pricey but delish
I had this. The time out location. It was delicious 🤤
Made in New Jersey, served in New York.

Katz is a tourist attraction
Carniegie is the tourist attraction, Katz is still amazing. Pastrami Queen (king was better) is decent but nowhere as good as Katz or 2nd ave

As a local I concur and thank you. This place opened in Penn Station and you can tell by the google reviews how they’re doing
I miss the original Pastrami King!
Yes! They moved and renamed it

Le pastrami avec le pain de seigle 👌 🇨🇵 merci au peuple juif shalom 🔥
I would leave a friendly comment but RUclips deletes posts even if they’re not offensive
Great sandwich, but it's definitely not the quality of Katz's.
It's fine, but definitely not better than Katz's.
Montreal Smoked Meat is better.
