      Yea you can sub for 4x the amount of all purpose flour

    Why did you remove the parchment paper? Doesn't that just make the pan harder to clean?

      I remove it because it allows the crust to get more crispy! And it works the best if you are using a pan with the little holes (like an actual pizza pan), I just didn't have one. And no the pan won't be hard to clean, none of the dough sticks to it. It'll just be greasy. Hope this helps 😃
