Pizza doesn't have to be unhealthy. Just a few changes could make it a healthy meal.
Here it is a healthy meal, unless you load it with shit. It's the USians who have made it into a dietary abomination.
Same as chocolate or any other food that's considered 'unhealthy'.
How much of each ingredient do you use?
Neopolitan pizza is very different from others, there's a lot of air in the crust, fresh ingredients. Still high in the carbs and fats (but natural ones) .
Intermittent fasting or OMAD (one meal a day) is better for you and more affective. Plus, you’re suppose to have carbs later in the day and just protein and fats in the early parts of the day. Unless you’re doing 1 or 2 meals a day pushed to the late afternoon/evening, then you just need to get enough calories in your eating window to maintain or lose weight to reach your goal.

+A. Smith OH SHIT! You gon’ learn today!!!! Lol seriously though, you should research it. I mean research as in just google it or search one meal a day on RUclips. If you’re actually wanting to know how it’s good for you, then cool, here’s your opportunity to see for yourself. If you’re just being smart and thinking I’m not for saying that, than you’re going to feel dumb after watching a video or two on the benefits of OMAD or just reading about it.
+A. Smith you can get all your daily macros in, in just one large meal, OR one small one and one big one within like the same 3-4 hour eating window in the afternoon/evening. It keeps insulin levels way down throughout most of the day and many other amazing benefits.
Chase Potter can you give me an example of a meal that would fulfill that requirement?
+A. Smith just look up Fledge Fitness’s RUclips channel and find a video of his that’s answering your question. Maybe not the best plan for women though, as it would have to be a very large meal, and it might have different effects on hormones in females. 3 meals a day in a 4 hour eating window is sometime easier. So fasting for 20 hours and eating only in a 4 hour time span in the late afternoon. Much easier to get your macros like that, rather than eating a massive meal. Also look up Dr. Bergs video on 2 meals a day.
As myself who is a 100% pizza loving freak, this is the greatest diet I would do PERIOD😂❤

It’s facts I’ve been loosing weight ever since I started eating 2 Costco slices a day. 😂 Steps per day 7-13k. Try this wake up have your caffeine whatever eat around 1pm, pig out. But that’s eat, maybe a small snack later or before if needed. As long as you’re in an over-all calorie deficit you’ll lose weight.
Meine Karibik-Diät: Im Urlaub 2007 habe ich morgens immer solche Omeletts mit verschiedenen Gemüsesorten (mal Tomaten, mal Paprika, ...) gegessen, mittags ganz normal - auch Pizza - und abends Salat oder Gemüse oder beides. Ab und zu mal zwischendrin etwas Obst und etwas Bewegung. Ich hab Unmengen gegessen und war immer satt und habe in den 14 Tagen 5 kg abgenommen - vor allem Körperfett. Ich habe auch immer energiegeladen gefühlt, hatte dadurch viel Lust auf Bewegung an der frischen Luft und hatte sehr gute Laune. Man ist, was man isst. Das ist eine Diät, die man sein ganzes Leben durchhalten kann. Kann sogar sein, dass es sowas schon gibt: mediterrane Diät oder Eat clean ... Wer weiß

Being like 6'6'' you could eat an entire pizza and still be under your daily calorie limit.
Making a 700 calorie pizza isn't an impossible task even using real dough and cheese. Anyone can eat that without going above their daily calories.

This is a waste of time this video. He is eating 600 calories of pizza. He was eating 2700 calories to LOSE weight. I don’t understand the purpose of this video. He could have eaten 600 calories worth of Oreos or ham sandwiches and gotten his nutrition elsewhere with the rest of the calories needed in his diet.

depends, he's 6'6. He'd look good at 238 lbs. A common formula is to take his height in cm, 198. Remove the 1, so we're looking at 98. Then add 10 to get his weight in kg. 108 kg is approx 238 lbs
