We got so much from this video about process and how to get a lot from a succinct assortment of versatile colors! BTW, who else took note of the term "sky holes"? Because we think that was brilliant.
can you please make a video with your life stories, your career story and just your thoughts. i would love to listen to you on these topics and it would be so helpful :) also loved the painting!!
Hi Michael! I really like the loose foreground, especially the variations of warm and cool in the path. I do miss the transparency in the trees. This is getting me pumped to pull out the plein air setup and underwork a painting. Thanks for the vid!
Beautiful painting, sir!!! Amazing! You know, I see no underworking, this is just perfect!!! It looks like, I think, the masterpieces of top painters of the first half of the 20th century, or something like that. Fantastic job! I love it! Btw. I'm late for the first time! My internet was cut off the whole weekend (technical issues). Greetings from the EU!

I am always amazed at the way you are able to make decisions and keep painting while narrating the whole time!
Michael - I feel like like I'm there on the trail beside you as you narrate your thought and painting processes. Another gem.

I’m addicted to your videos. Since discovering them I’ve been going back in years watching them. Learning so much. Thank you.
Your critique and analysis at the end is always very helpful.
I like how you painted the grass/foreground. Also wanted to say how much I love the painting behind you in the studio!
Thanks, glad you like!
Good Job!

@@chamberlainpaintings Thanks so much! Have a wonderful day!
I try to stop before it’s very finished. I agree, quicker looser paintings are fun, a freshness and spontaneity.
I really need my VW Rabbit to be that color green. It’s gorgeous! Man, I love Sundays!☕️📚🖼️🎨
The benefits of underworking a painting. I shall work on that helpful instruction.
