To all the girls here who suffer from painful periods what really hepled me is practicing yoga every day(besides the firstdayofperiod) Daily yoga practice balances the hormones and you will experience less painful periods ❤❤
I agree! I feel the same. Since I started to practice Yoga, my menstrual cramps and my headaches decreased a lot. Now I’m almost don’t feel them.

Its magical......yoga really helped me to overcome period cramps ...i generally suffer from very painful cramps for 2 days...i have sleepless nights...so i decided to practice yoga ..i practiced yoga just 8 days before my periods and surprisingly i got my periods on exact date and without pain.... I am really thankful to you and advice all the women and girls out there who are suffering from period cramps should definitely practise yoga

Your right today's women has to deal with mood swings not only from internal biological reasons of periods, handling workplace pressure is the biggest challenge, it adffect your healrh first mentally and inturn it affect your physical health.

Always stay hydrated drinking water,juice, early morning eat almond,dates with milk ,before I have same issue but when I change pattern of life it will help every morning after 2glass water ,after freshup eat almond do some basic asana and then take your milk,juice breakfast around 10.30/11 eat banana or apple I also started narisuddha Patanjali medicine for irriguler or heavy bleeding or to get rid of periods problem ..to be honest I feel much more better during periods after somechanges or taking Patanjali products
Is your symptoms better now?? Because I am also going through the same problems dizziness, excessive bleeding, unbearable cramps, nausea and can't even able to walk. I consulted many doctors and my reports are also normal but why this is happening and how to stop this I don't know.
