I just used this method and I detangled my hair in 30 mins (I took a break halfway through). It usually takes 2 hrs and it’s always painful. I’m so glad I found this video ❤️ it was quick and painless.

My daughter's hair was matted and I thought there was nothing to do but cut it. This was the first video I found on how to detangle hair. I followed the instructions in this video and purchased the Aussie 3 min detangling conditioner. WOW!!!!! IT WORKS!!! I was able to detangle her hair so quickly, just as this video. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. It was a game changer. God Bless.

I am a white, blonde-haired Baltic girl with mostly-straight hair. This video has still helped me understand my hair so much : this year, it has started getting brittle, textured, and matting. I have always been told that I’m Baltic so I need to remove the grease from my hair in order to look clean but I am beginning to understand the purpose and value of having hydrated strands and doing right by them. I appreciate you; thank you for helping me.

Edit: this stuff is seriously a MIRACLE!! I had matted 4c hair that was like a big ole loc and I was able to finger detangle it…it took over 2 hours 😣💪🏾but I didn’t have to cut my hair. See 4 below!
Original: So 1. Yes you are RIGHT!! Ain’t nobody fault but my own.
    2. I haven’t combed my hair under my wig in weeks…was in a ponytail and matted to the shape of the ponytail. 😮 (I didn’t even KNOW that was possible).
    3. Just feeling discouraged with my hair in general as I have alopecia (20+years) but want to keep the hair I do have (was thinking I’d have to cut it).
    4. 🙏🏾this works. Will update after I get some of this product.

I have been using Aussie for a while now, and I was so surprised (but happy) when she said it’s the best hair product! I definitely agree, it works like MAGIC. Yes, it’s still a bit frustrating when I comb my hair. That will never stop. But Aussie makes combing so much easier. It’s like putting on conditioner without even having to take a shower. Of course, there’s also the conditioner. But I personally usually use the de tangled spray. I definitely also recommend it to any one else out there with hair that gets tangled very easily (like mine).

Love this! I'm a father with a daughter with really thick curly hair and I do my best but always looking for "healthy" tips and this helped a lot I also ordered these products right off amazon. Growing up black everything was heavy-handed detangling and leaving hair in dry braids for weeks, etc. So personally, some don't give good advice, but some take care of their hair in healthy ways that I prefer and think black hair should be taken care of in. Thanks again!

This video saved my life today and more importantly my daughters! Im a father/barber and my daughter is 6 years old with extremely curly hair. Every time her mom does her hair she cries bloody murder. For that reason her mom doesn’t wash her hair for weeks sometimes and i hate seeing my little girls hair dirty and knotted, so i took it upon myself to start doing her hair and although it’s been less painful for her when i do it, it can still be better and i have no clue about woman’s hair. So i looked up how to detangle extremely curly hair and came across your video. I followed your instructions to the best i could, and let me just say this was the first time my daughter didn’t scream about how much it hurts her. A couple ouches here and there but so many levels better than before.
What was once a 4 hour job for me went down to 2 hours. Im sure ill get better at it but for now, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! 🙏🙏🙏
Please make more videos about how you do your hair. Anything helps. Like how you wrap it up at night, how you dry it, how often to wash it, maybe even how to put it a nice bun… 🤷‍♂️
All i now if you just gained another follower. Thanks again 🙏

Yesss,,! When my hair locks any any any water will make it shrink and tighten way worse. Just lock like a rock! Only lubricant serums and some oils put in then dried help even the rockets knots slip out pretty essy# I take about ten days about one leisurely hour per day and the Bush can esse back out into strands especially if it has some big tight firm rock knots. Then if it's still like clouds the best thing for me can be to simply break into locks just nice fluffy fuzzy cloud like fatty dreads. Y that point the strands just want to wrap around each other into nice fatty dreads. So why fight nature? Its do that and keep the golden lion mine or shave it. I'm caucasian with lot of heritage elements my hair can go from clouds to strands it can be the straightest and limpets fine hair to the strongest other end of the spectrum same as my cub but once it gets barbed up it isn't going back to silky strings without daily fight. So why bother. Lucky I love fatty dreads

My hair is very fine just because of genetics from my dad’s side. So detangling can become very difficult and damaging. Thank you for explaining the reasoning behind leaving the twists in while shampooing. I’ve seen it done plenty of times but you saved the day by explaining the benefit. I was seeing way too much shedding while shampooing after detangling. You da best! 💖💖💖

Then applied coconut oil while there was a slight moisture in the hair as it got absorbed quickly. After drying, it is so shiny.

Thank you for sharing this method. I have to admit I'm really bad at detangling, I normally just.....skip it or do it in the shower which of course is breakage city because I'm in a rush. I live in the Southwest and we're going through a megadrought, so water conservation is extremely important for me. I like this method because it's not done in the shower where you're literally just wasting water. I also love the tip about shampooing with the twists in! Never thought to do that but i'm going to try, since shampooing always seems to cause more matting! Thank you so much for the awesome detangling tutorial and help!

I remember both of my daughters' hair being like this and me being overwhelmed because I'm not good at doing hair but instinctively I started using water and conditioner (especially on the tender headed one) and it worked wonders. Years later, now that I've been natural for almost 20 years I still get lazy and feel overwhelmed with my hair, but your video was very helpful. I just need you to do mine, because my hair is too thick and long for me to have all that patience and nurturing that you do. YES I feel like cutting mine off every time I have to tackle it. Girrrrrrllll, I am so happy that I found you! My hair is exactly like this! I am about to cry, cut the carry on!! I don't want to cut my hair but dang, I used Stabilizer plus and let it sit all night! When it dried, I could have combed my hair out probably because it was super soft. Then I made a mistake of washing my hair in NONE moisturizing shampoo!! Why did I do that?! Now my hair feels like somebody put dried unseen bubble gum in my hair!!

But try letting the water really get in your hair and see how much it softens and it’ll be a lot more manageable. Ik your struggles, I’m not lose natural anymore, I’m on my 4th set of locs lol.
