I was getting teary eyed watching you open Diego’s gift. Him wanting to do something with you at his age, just so rewarding and sweet, that was the true gift. Made my momma heart melt. I have a pumpkin pie recipe for you that is so easy and so good. 1 can pumpkin, not filling, just pumpkin puree. 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 2 large eggs and pumpkin pie spice and I add a little more cinnamon because i like it. Bake at 425 for 15 min, then reduce heat to 350 for 30 to 40min or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Easy peasy! ❤

After watching many of your videos, I’m wondering two things. 1) why your kids don’t call their father Papa 2) I know Diego speaks Spanish but what about Dominic? I remember my granddaughter at the age of 2 spending the summer with her Abuela’s and Abuelo’s coming back to the states only speaking Spanish. I use to babysit her why her parents worked and I couldn’t understand her. 😂 It’s one of our favorite memories. She’s the one that when she was 16 spent a year with her Tia’s, Tio’s and her prime’s and primo’s. Such a great experience for her.

I wholeheartedly admire your endurance and positive spirit. Xmas season ( for those who celebrate) can be incredibly stressful and a lot of work. You guys did 30 vlogs in 30 days on top of all that😮, oh, and building a house to boot. I hope you at least took some “time-off” from work, as you outdid yourself with everything else. Guerita, I think you did nothing wrong with your rolls. It's because your either in a part of México that's on high level, or low level and I think thats what messes with the rolls. Sometimes they end up like cookies, i never want to make rolls when I'm in Merida because I don't know what I'll end up with. Haaa
