How fascinating. It is true we automatically seem to blame foods for a skin rash. I shall have to watch and listen to this again to make notes, as there is so much information to take in. General practitioners in the UK tend to just hand out an ointment.

Read up on Hypoxia inducible factor - 1a or HIF-1a. This is a common link in autoimmune diseases, RA, Psoriasis, Lupus, Diabetes Type 1, MS,. Chron's disease, Sjorgrens, etc. Targeting HIF - 1a could be the game changer or at least help a great deal.

And environmental allergens, ie dust mites and pollen, and much more

@@keepitstraightfrrr are they really??? That is a revelation. I’m on keto, struggling with diet/giving up eggs, nuts, heavy cream (which actually makes me feel better), etc. BUT I have a horrific dust mite allergy, and ragweed, hickory/pecan pollen. I’m on year 2 of allergy shots, which has been a life saver. Honestly, keto did a lot to lessen congestion and my sinuses are better. Fasting is helping my weight loss but I’m seeing no difference with psoriasis. Vegetables seem to aggravate things more-nightshades, even spices are hellish. But I’m wondering if I’m battling more of a histamine thing...it would make sense, especially given my environmental allergies.

@@Terrahoskins Yeah I first learned about it the hard way. Applying too much cream for severe full body eczema hourly, then whenever I sat on my bed, carpet, went near a fan or heater (all dust mite allergens) or simply went outside in warm weather (pollen allergens), the allergens would stick to my stick and give me insane rashes.
Even without any cream ever the allergens can affect the skin severely- and not just dust mites or pollen, also fragrances, pet dander, or mold.
Derm and allergist confirmed. So yeah I would recommend joining r/eczema there is tons of talk about it on there and lots of helpful advice.
I’m on dupixent now and hopefully it helps me out ahaha

I discovered this specific eczema plan, Kamlo Nozion Weebly, (surely Go ogle) two winters ago when I was enduring an extremely dreadful eczema episode in the wrists. Dry skin, itchiness and also redness were felt around my very own fingers. I wasn`t out of the inconvenience of wrapping my palms.

She's lying. no one does a diet for over a year and then "forgets it". the only other possible reason could be some sort of severe emotional problem.
