    Ingredients
    1) Minced Chicken - 700 gms
    SPICES
    2) turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    3) cumin powder - 1 tea spoon
    4) garam masala powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    5) salt - as required
    6) red chili powder - 1 tea spoon
    7) black pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    8) red chili flakes - 1/2 tea spoon
    9) ghee - 1 tea spoon
    GREEN HERBS
    10) ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
    11) onion - 1 onion fine chopped - Strain the liquid
    12) red bell pepper - some fine chopped
    13) green chili - 2 to 3 fine chopped
    14) fresh coriander - some fine chopped
    15) oil for cooking
    PROCESS AND METHOD
    In a mixing bowl, take 700 grams of fine minced chicken and add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder, salt (as required), 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes, and 1 teaspoon ghee. Mix the spices thoroughly with the chicken. Next, add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 finely chopped onion (strain the liquid), some finely chopped red bell pepper, 2 to 3 finely chopped green chilies, and some finely chopped fresh coriander to the chicken mixture. Mix all the ingredients together well, ensuring the spices and herbs are evenly distributed throughout the chicken.
    Marinate the prepared Chicken Seekh Kebab mixture for 1 hour or more in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor before shaping and grilling the kebabs
    After marinating the Chicken Seekh Kebab mixture for 1 hour, apply some oil on your fingers to prevent sticking, and then shape the mixture onto skewers to prepare the kebabs for cooking
    Once the non-stick tawa/pan is heated over medium heat, place the Chicken Seekh Kebab skewers on it. Sear the kebabs from all sides by turning them occasionally until they are evenly cooked, and the surface has a nice golden-brown color. This process will enhance the flavor and texture of the kebabs. Make sure to cook them thoroughly, and then they'll be ready to be served and enjoyed!
