    INGREDIENTS
    FOR CHICKEN FIRST MIX
    1) boneless chicken - 500 gms
    2) vinegar - 1 table spoon (lime juice too can be used)
    3) ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon
    4) turmeric 1/2 tea spoon
    5) salt - 1 tea spoon
    6) curd 1 tea spoon
    7) garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon
    8) red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    9) coriander powder - 1 tea spoon
    10) black pepper - 1/2 tea spoon
    11) kashmiri red chili powder - 2 tea spoon
    12) curry leaves - some chopped
    FOR CHICKEN SECOND MIX
    1) egg - 1 egg
    2) corn flour - 2 tea spoon
    3) rice flour - 2 tea spoon
    FOR FRYING
    1) OIL - for frying
    FOR TADKHA
    1) oil - 2 tea spoon
    2) chopped garlic - some
    3) green chili - 2 - to 3 chilies
    4) curry leaves - some
    5) red chili sauce - 2 tea spoon
    6) tomato ketchup - 2 tea spoon
    7) freshly chopped coriander - some
    METHOD
    FOR CHICKEN FIRST MIX
    In a mixing bowl, take 500 grams of boneless chicken and add the following ingredients to create the flavorful marinade: 1 tablespoon of vinegar or lime juice for a tangy touch and to tenderize the chicken, 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, which infuses the chicken with its aromatic and savory flavors, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, adding a vibrant yellow color and a subtle earthy taste, 1 teaspoon of salt to season the chicken and enhance its overall taste, 1 teaspoon of curd (yogurt), which tenderizes the chicken and imparts a mild tanginess, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, a spice blend that adds a warm and fragrant flavor to the dish, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, contributing heat and spiciness to the chicken, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder for a mild herby flavor, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, providing subtle spiciness and warmth to the chicken, 2 teaspoons of Kashmiri red chili powder for a vibrant color and intense spiciness, and some chopped curry leaves for a unique and aromatic touch to the marinade. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, ensuring the chicken is coated well with the marinade. Allow the marinated chicken to rest for about 20 minutes.
    FOR CHICKEN SECOND MIX
    After the 20 minutes of resting period, add 1 egg, 2 teaspoons of corn flour, and 2 teaspoons of rice flour to the marinated chicken. Mix everything well until the chicken pieces are evenly coated. Now, your Chicken 65 is ready for frying. Heat oil in a deep frying pan, and carefully fry the chicken until it turns golden and crispy
    FOR TADKHA
    heat 2 teaspoons of oil and add some chopped garlic, 2-3 green chilies, and a few curry leaves. Saute for a minute, allowing the flavors to meld. Stir in 2 teaspoons of red chili sauce and 2 teaspoons of tomato ketchup. Add some freshly chopped coriander to the mixture and mix well. Now, add the fried chicken into the pan and coat it with the flavorful tadka. Garnish the Chicken 65 with freshly chopped coriander and green chili cuts.
