Seekh Kebab /سیخ کباب

Seekh kabab is one of the most popular and favourite dish in Indo Pakistan. Learn how to make absolutely delicious restaurant style Seekh Kababs from scratch using simple ingredients and home made spices.
Ingredients:
• 3 pounds (1-1/2 kg) ground beef
• 1 medium size onion chopped
• 1 tablespoon ginger paste
• 1 tablespoon garlic paste
• 4 green chilies
• 3/4 cups chopped fresh coriander
• 2 teaspoons salt or as your taste
• 1/2 teaspoon degi red chili powder or as your taste
• 1/2 teaspoon black salt
• 2 teaspoon chaat masala
• 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
• 6 small dry whole red chillies
• 1 black cardamom
• 1 inch piece of cinnamon stick
• 1/2 teaspoon black peppers
• 1/2 teaspoon black cumin seeds
• 10 pieces of kabab chini
• 4 pieces of Filfil daraz or long peppers
اجزآ
گائے کا قیمہ 1-1/2کلو
پياز کٹی ھوی 1عدد
پسی ھوی ادرک 1 کھانے چمچ
پسا ھوا لہسن 1 کھانے چمچ
ھری مرچيں 4 عدد
ھرا دھنيا کٹا ھوا 1/4 گڈی
نمک 2 چاۓ کا چمچے
پسی لال مرچ 1/2 چاۓ کا چمچ
کالا نمک 1/2 چاۓ کا چمچ
چاٹ مصالحہ 2 چاۓ کے چمچے
سفيد زيرا 1 کھانے کا چمچ
چھوٹی لال مرچ 6 عدد
بڑی الائيچی 1 عدد
دارچينی کا ايک چھوٹا ٹکڑا
کالی مرچ 1/2 چاۓ کا چمچہ
کالا زيرا 1/2 چاۓ کا چمچہ
کباب چينی 10 عدد
فلفل دراز 4 عدد
