- Veg Seekh Kebab is a ground/minced kebab that is skewered & cooked over a barbeque.
You can use any veggies of your choice to prepare this kebab & if you are not in the mood to light up the barbecue then just cook them over a pan or a Tawa. This vegetarian kebab can be shaped like a Tikki/patty as well.
