Not even sure wtf I just watched but glad writers and directors are taking risks again and trying new things. Movies are not dead !
I met someone who sat in front of Jesse and Riley at the premiere, and she said they could not stop busting up laughing, cuz they didn't even have an idea of what to expect. This film is truly a spectacle to behold

Saw this at Sundance and knew what I was getting into and it may actually be one of my all time favorite movies, I haven't been able to get it out of my head since I saw it. It was beautiful, gross, disgusting, hilarious, emotional and truly a spectacle to say the least. The cinematography was amazing, and even though there wasn't any spoken dialogue it allowed the viewer to understand a wild animal from their expressions. I can't say enough about this film truly a masterpiece if you ask me, a raw masterpiece of life, death, and birth. TEN out of TEN

The Legend of Boggy Creek. give that movie a watch. it's probably the best (at least to me) out of the sasquatch movies i've watched. there is also Harry and The Hendersons. it's more family friendly.
i also recommend Bigfoot Case Files on youtube for encounters with bigfoot. maybe you will think twice about going into the woods or in remote locations without a firearm.
Follow Small Town Monsters. Their YT channel is amazing for Bigfoot documentaries.

The movie we all deserve
People might slag this, but you gotta keep in mind, there is an audience for this. The people who loved The Artist and the films of Sylvain Chomet, but wanted a more of a David Lynch, Yorgos Lanthimos, Terry Gilliam or Jodorowsky style film, weird and very eccentric, unlike any film that had come before it.
This reminds me of a true indie movie
I am sure its going to be a plot twist like The Village where its set in modern times and they are just in their own little bubble.
