@@exodus1214that’s a good point. Also the classics headsculpts for He-Man weren’t hundred percent either. The regular one seemed to young and the more vintage one (which everyone likes) looks wonky and melted from different directions 😂
I agree 100%...I hated the classics original head skulpt...I really like the ultimates one better but the nose is so tiny like Michael Jackson vibes..This one looks pretty damn great to me!..Especially in hand..I received mine yesterday al9ne with the rest of the wave.
I think people forgot when the classics came out they was like 35.00 right off the bat. And that was back when money was more. The good video man. I think my tails just trying to do their own thing and not trying to do classics. I don't think these are going to actually ever be like classic figures. I like classics but I like to updated articulation.
Masterverse and especially New Eternia has seen some great figures so far. However for some reason He-Man never seems to be a part of those. Not sure why Mattel is doing that... 😐 Excellent review 👍.

Great review as always. Have you ever considered doing a video on your background setup (showing what you used, how you put it together, etc)? I’m certain many folks would enjoy it.
Face sculpt is ok even if it fits better on faker. The issue is how they painted the eyes... Wrong shape and seems he have make up.. Anyway seems a really good figure. Maybe the best he man from revelation line. 40th anniversary is good but chest is strage (pectoral as boobs) and face is not perfect.
My favorite head sculpt till now is the bearded one from New Eternia BA, and second this one, all the other are huge miss, also I don't like the classics head sculpt at all, if He-Man was sitting on the toilet trying to squeeze a huge 💩, this would be his face.😆

I, also, thought something was off with his eyes, from the pre-order visuals. I don't know, maybe it's the color of the pupils that throws his face off??? That's the only thing I think it could be.
Where did you get him?!? Also, I think what they're doing with the different headsculpts for He-Man across all the Masterverse figures is purposefully straying from Classics. I appreciate the efforts and agree that they haven't quite nailed one entirely to stick with one and move on. This one looks better than in the promo pics and with better paint job it might work.
I agree with you and we get to swap heads too. I do wish we could get one that has a good face look, but that's my opinion. But I do appreciate that they keep at it with more options. 🙌
40th anniversary face is totally wrong. New eternia viking version didn't get it right but the red new eternia, I was hoping that it would look like the masterpiece classic which it didn't and look worse than new eternia viking version.
super disappointing, I just canceled my pre-order thanks to this video. THIS is supposed to be the MOTU premium line? and Mattel can't even manage to put chrome parts/paint on these figures, which they can easily do on the MOTU Origins? this is ridiculous! and even if some people wanted the Faker head, surely as a designer you have to realize or SEE that the head doesn't really work well? The BA head looked pretty good in comparison. no more Masterverse pre-orders for me. Rant off ...

Never a fan of the Classics head sculpt (any of them), I like this one more. Personally, I think the Mondo Deluxe head sculpt is the best one yet.
This is a stellar release. I love the Red armor. It's a unique and interesting look! Plus Gold Sword, New sheild, and (I think)a new headsculpt.
fun figure and pretty solid release in my opinion, I actually love the head sculpt a lot it's my favorite since master verse started

I don’t get the fuss over the face, looks decent enough to me. It has that 80s fantasy/caveman/barbarian look which I like.
I agree. The only thing is the hair could be more dynamic looking or wind swept like previous versions. The new ones hair is kind of lifeless

It's a repaint of the Faker head. The problem with this is that it still looks evil.

Masterverse is not a “premium” line. It’s a cheap retail line. You can see the plastic, painting etc are cheap. Classics is a premium line.
