Different scale and source material, but I do love Mafex. The new Rogue is going to be great, but the Jubilee they showed at SDCC is going to be one of the best. Mondo always showed us an all-new Wolverine which will fix all these issues.
Do NOT use any petroleum based products on plastic. It will eventually soften and deform it, leaving you worse off than when you started. You're better off just putting a small ball of that white or grey "putty" used to hang posters in the socket, then replacing the leg. As for the claws, powdered graphite.
@@Kneon_Knight I've been using clear chapstick on all of my figures wrist ball joints to reduce stress when swapping hands and have never had a problem. But Thansk for the heads up.
Bruh just thicken up the ball joint for the legs. There are multiple ways to do so. Clear coat spray paint, light spray of super glue or even just a thin layer of electrical tape.
It's swappable so you can put a photo of the Nickleback guy in there, and Wolverine can be like "Look at this photograph!" lol Honestly I feel like every review I've seen of a Mondo product lately, there's some qc issue with the figure. I don't know how I'd spend my $200, but definitely not on this. Damn shame because it looks fantastic. I've heard they're really good about fixing issues, but if I'm paying $200 I shouldn't have to contact them to fix something. That's too much money to be spending on something with errors. Seems like more and more these days I have to contact customer service to make something right, and it's exhausting, even when they're polite and fix it with no questions asked. The best customer service is doing it right the first time so your customers don't have to reach out to you.
A small team and the earliest figure they made. I think a lot of things are expected with that, but like I have said, the Jubilee is spectacular and highly recommended
@@NostalgiaUnboxed Honestly I'd be more understanding of that, if not for the price tag. If they're going to offer something at that price, it needs to come with a high level of quality control. Earlier this year they released a He-Man figure, and they had to replace most of them because it was breaking at the waist from minimal posing, with some breaking right out of the package. That should've never left the factory with such an obvious design flaw. I'm glad to hear that Jubilee is a much better figure, but I can't gamble $200 on a company, hoping that their figure meets the bare minimum of not breaking.
@@Frank_D the fact they replaced them is more than what most companies seem to do. Sucks to have to happen, but glad they actually care about their customers
@@NostalgiaUnboxed Therein lies the problem. We've come to accept certain things as customers to the point where we praise companies that do the bare minimum after taking our money. That this was a large enough issue that it had to be addressed indicates that this should have been caught at the factory level. If it were one or two figures, I'd chalk it up to bad luck, but when the entire run is breaking in the exact same way, that should've been caught. I don't think it's an unreasonable ask that some sort of stress testing be implemented for a figure that expensive. If I give a company $200, I shouldn't have to spend time either waiting for a reply to my email or waiting on hold to replace something that broke. Because now the price is not only $200. It also cost the time it took to contact them and wait for a replacement to arrive.
unfortunately this is not the first mondo review ive seen where theres glaring qc issues. they look great if you’re into the scale, but they’re not for me.

Different scale and source material, but I do love Mafex. The new Rogue is going to be great, but the Jubilee they showed at SDCC is going to be one of the best. Mondo always showed us an all-new Wolverine which will fix all these issues.
VERY COOL! THANK YOU!!!!😊
Glad you liked it!
I was done after the float pillow 😂
😂
uk here just laughing at the name "arse"
I know 😂
Wow love this!! Love your channel I’m a new sub.
Thank you so much!
I expected the rogue image in the frame xD
Haha! 😂
Still enjoyed the video and honestly it is a great looking wolverine imo ❤ keep em coming brotha
Thanks! Will do!
Lube up the Blade holes with chapstick or Baby oil or Vaseline so you can get them in and I out easily
😬
Do NOT use any petroleum based products on plastic. It will eventually soften and deform it, leaving you worse off than when you started. You're better off just putting a small ball of that white or grey "putty" used to hang posters in the socket, then replacing the leg.
As for the claws, powdered graphite.
@@Kneon_Knight I've been using clear chapstick on all of my figures wrist ball joints to reduce stress when swapping hands and have never had a problem. But Thansk for the heads up.
Those are crying tissues.
100%
The tissue is for snik slashing
Today was my second day of school and computer tech teacher looks like Jonny
Hahaha amazing
I’m gonna have to search to see if anyone made a video comparing this Wolverine with the “street clothes” limited version released later.
Yes
looks like the 12inch marvel legends wolverine remains undefeated
Edit: +1 for the fingerless gloves
certainly have to appreciate the articulation on that one
i think this is good for me as long as its big and posable
You can buy mine
Bruh just thicken up the ball joint for the legs. There are multiple ways to do so. Clear coat spray paint, light spray of super glue or even just a thin layer of electrical tape.
Bruh
An incredible team of artists, and we will go over who all that is...for 15 seconds and then never bring it up again.
Yep
Wow, that sucks about the leg. That much money and only onenleg to stand on. Ouch
A bummer for sure
“Hector Arse” lol
Lol
Take a page out from your buddy Mad Hatter and Lean him against the Wall like his Jean Grey lol
😂 and add some dust to the shelf
Turkey leg is so random. Who eats turkey in bed? 😂
You mean to tell me you don’t?
It's swappable so you can put a photo of the Nickleback guy in there, and Wolverine can be like "Look at this photograph!" lol
Honestly I feel like every review I've seen of a Mondo product lately, there's some qc issue with the figure.
Kiki loose joint fix is all you need for that leg bro.
Thank you!
Wolverine comes with a pillow😂 maybe for stabbing.
😂
Ah the infamous stinky leg, that's a bummer.
Hahaha, an absolute bummer
unfortunately this is not the first mondo review ive seen where theres glaring qc issues. they look great if you’re into the scale, but they’re not for me.
I expect some issues for the early days of their stuff and with a small team like they have. They are getting better with every new release though
Dude, put some crazy glue on the ball and let it cure. then put the leg back on it should tighten up the joint. Or try a bit of paper to fill the looseness.
Thanks for the tip!
Should have came with bed that's not part of the packaging for the price
@@jakethegreatest473 lol
Something about his design just looks very off to me, I can’t tell what it is 🤔🤨
Yeah
That’s a bummer about the leg… if you bought it from a retailer, I’d send it right back.
a total bummer
You need to ask for a refund, they forgot the lotion to go with the tissue paper 😂
Yikes
That leg looks awful. I was really considering getting this but that gives me pause 😔
Then again, I have nearly every Super7 TMNT figure and I have never had a loose leg. But I always hear everyone talking about them. Maybe I'd get lucky with this too 😅
Haha, yeah, I imagine the leg issue isn;t so common
