do you help female pop singers dancers post concert calm heavy mouth breathing after concert or is it same like a sweaty breathing hard through mouth heavy female personal trainer after aerobics or cardio blast emom workout?
I think working on nasal breathing and slow exhales could always be a good approach to help calm down the nervous system after strenuous work.

You could do either but I tend to breathe through the nose! :)
