There was a recent update to add stress measurement and few other new tricks but I do believe some people reported this bug after that they released another update to fix. try:
1. check for an update
2. close the app completely and restart it.

hello man, would you recommend the ring for me? I am athlete and I have never measured my sleep or fitness calories burn, but i want to be more aware of what my body do etc while exercising, but I am also interested in sleep tracking and I cant imagine falling asleep in apple watches, so ... would you recommend the ring for fitness and sleep tracking?
For sleeping, it definitely is very insightful; I posit you will get more benefits from the data /insights it provides.
I bought mine with my FSA dollars on Amazon. I wanted to track my sleep but this will not replace my Apple Watch.
It is not supposed to replace your smartwatch, it's just comfortable to wear at night when sleeping.

2 questions
1. Can it sense a hard fall?
2. Apart from your body, Can it read the humidity in the air and tell you if it's about to rain?
Hi. That's a no for both questions, but I suspect the former could be easily implemented via an update since it has the requisite sensors.
I like it, but they could do with a smaller box. Better for the planet, bladiblabla😅. Question: does it measure your oxygen levels?
