You are the first person who has shown us how to take the cover off at the very beginning of the video. Thanks. I still have to do over 85000 kms before I change my spark plugs. Your videos are very clear. I've liked and subscribed.

    Hope you are well!
Have you ever looked at changing the pcv valve on this car at all ? Mine is making a high pitched whine and some suggest changing the pcv valve but it looks a bit awkward to get to ...

Why is there an obvious cut right before you take off the plastic off completely?
Not like it matters now, I've damaged the cover anyway

It's a real shame, I can't seem to find anything for the 1.4 version as the engine layout is different. My coil pack is on the rear of the engine... Any idea of how I should approach this?

i think the Honda Jazz has a similar engine, maybe try search for videos on that?

be careful of fakes though. I am not sure if there is any performance issues if you bought a fake.

Alex Broomop yes stay away from dual or quad spark , you will encounter miss-fires eventually.

Hello, I have a honda civic gen8 2.2 CTDi. I just realised the glow plugs never been changed, got 153k on the clock, no missfires. Been taking really good care of the car since I bought it, general maintance done. Just passed MOT with no advisories, beside all the care, everytime I start the car and I am not moving, it smells like diesel inside (no leaks, already been checked by 3 diferent mechanics). Could this be a cause? Any ideias or sugestion? Thank You
