The IRS is now aware of the issue and plans to send the dependent money by the end of July. This is great news for those who need this extra stimulus money. How can you have a stimulus update almost every day and nothing's changing there is no bill being signed all I'm hearing mostly is just proposals everyday. These RUclipsrs need not give no more stimulus update until Congress has passed the Bill

I live with a child with Schizophrenia adhd depression with Suicide thoughts. Hurts people and breaks things when he has melt downs. A doctor told us he will never be able to live on his own because of these mental illnesses

Here’s the deal to relief all the stress and worries, don’t rely on the government, be thankful but I don’t stress over it
It erks me, our Veterans, SSI, And disability folks really deserve more this next round. Thankful for what I received, yet truly was not enough to take the fear of possibly becoming homeless, We need more, !!!
You said updates on CARES SS/SSDI/SSI at the beginning, but all you said was that these groups are splayed in current proposals. You didn't mention the status of the first round.

Well I'm not sure but the IRS told me when I called them that there was 500 thousand people on ssi that did not receive there stimulus checks and they are fixing that issue soon I guess!
No money from May 29th Cares Act yet SSI.A filer, direct deposit , on tax return.
I have a family of 4 living with me . My SSI is all that I have to support this family.
I live in a rural area of Kentucky. I dont know what else to do.
I'm so glad they finally fix this it was so many people with that particular income that didn't receive the payment for their dependents

They made the Cares Act less Relevant, being caught between 1st Stimulus and 2nd coming up. They should have called Cares Act, the 2nd Stimulus, for SSI, Railroad, Vets ,SSDI. And then''' the 3rd Stimulus that may come, should have been done! Before they left.

You should have gotten $500 for each dependent with your $1,200 (=$2,200) If they are 16 and under then two separate checks of $1,200 for each son on SSI as their payee($2,400) even if they are minors ....It has been done for many and it's a fact .

Good morning! SSA recipients , I completed the non-fillers form on June 22 and today I have a deposit date on July 9. The pin# you make it up! You need to get a confirmation email that the IRS accepted your application

I'm on SSDI with direct deposit. Have no children and still have not received my stimulus payment as of yet. I am worried that they sent it to someone else. I called the IRS and the agent took my info then just hung up. Now what? Thanks for your awesome video's.

I am on social secuity/disability and have not received first stimulus. I read that if you were claimed on someone's taxes that you wouldn't receive a stimulus is this true? And if so why. Seems like people on social security always get the short end of the stick we paid taxes when we all were employed
You wont get the first check not sure about the second one. You have to not let others claim you i don't know the situation that let him claim you but this is why you wont get the first stimulus check. Its been said over and over that if someone claims you you will not receive a stimulus check!

dino grondin I also receive SSDI. Initially, we were told we didn’t have to do anything. I spoke to an IRS agent yesterday and was told that now we need to use the Nonfiler tool. I entered the required info and the IRS accepted it within an hour. I was told I would receive the stimulus payment within 21 days. I hope so.

Many peoples in Puerto Rico haven received the first check , like myself and my wife. with an income from Soc. Sec. of 25,000 in the year and 83 years old .

I did not get a check because I was told that there was some kind of glich in the system that had me done as being able to be claimed by someone else which is not true. I claim only me. So I have to fill out a 1040x form to maybe get it when I file my 2020 taxes

I never got the frist one they irs told me I was claimed as a dependent in 2018 but not 2019 and I'm on ssi and it's so wrong

I did not receive the first stimulus check. My husband received his and we both are on SSI retired. We both get out checks at the same bank. I have tried to report this but don't know who to call. I only get recordings on the SSI numbers.

Me and my grandmother have not gotten the first stimulus check I’m on Social Security disability and my grandma’s on Social Security retirement I’ve called the IRS for both of us they can’t give us a date but we have been approved to get one I’ve done the non-filer app for both of us and we were approved by the IRS the web portal says status unavailable and in a week like it’s been doing it says payment date unavailable so once a week it changes back-and-forth and like I said I’ve called the IRS and talk to them
The irs sends new checks out every Wednesday I would keep checking accounts each week it will come good luck🍀🍀🍀

I'm in the same boat. I've worked for 26 years then got disabled and had to fight for 4 years to finally start receiving SSI
I can barely afford food for 2 weeks, much less than a month. Food is so expensive!!

I have yet to receive the first stimulus check and I have called the numbers provided, made contact with someone they told me to call the other number and I have multiple times and I was on hold for a half hour one time and a hour the next time just to be hung up on..
