Do you have an opinion on this lens vs Sigma 24-70 in terms of a unique look characteristics? Was this autofocus? and is this a full frame lens?

First this is a Prime & Auto Focus lens. This lens is for Full Frame Sensor. ,so for me I think I like the characteristics of this lens than Sigma 24-70.
