I'm Korean! It's nice to see these stuff is getting popular.. One extra fact you might not know about Dagona is.. This act is usually illegal in many areas. So if street cops stop them from making Dalgona to kids for money, they have to "technically" wrap up their Dalgona stand... Will they wrap up? No! Absolutely not 😂 they pretend to wrap it up and when the cops walks away, will just go to another side of the street to do so. Well, I've done this when 2010-2011, so I don't know if the securities are more secure now, but it was my childhood memories in Korea.

another way:
Use a latle or non-stick pan.
pour sugar and stir with a wooden spoon or chopstick.
it will turn to a carmel type of color add a PINCH of bakeing soda
after it puffs up and turns to a coffee color pour onto a oiled surface then push with a plate / pot thats oiled and chose the wanted shape! :)

There is actually another way to make this all you have to do is get sugar and baking soda put your pan on a low heat and add sugar and when it starts to melt add a pinch of baking soda and when it has reached its color take it out and let it dry
