- I added tips how to cut the shape out of Dalgona. You can make it at home without buying a dalgona kit.
Ingredient :
1. Sugar
2. Baking Soda
1) Crush the baking soda well to avoid lumps.
2) If you add a little more baking soda and stir quickly, it will swell up more and create a layer of air inside to make it crispier.
3) You can create various textures by adjusting the amount of baking soda.
4) For dalgona cafe latte, it is more delicious to make dalgona with an air layer.
5) The dalgona must be cooled down for a few seconds before being pressed so that it does not stick to cover.

소다 넣고 젓고나서 국자를 불에 아주잠깐 약간 데운다음에 부풀어 올라올 때
설탕 뿌린 쟁반에 탁! 내려치면 퐁신하게 부푼 달고나로 먹을 수 있는데 이것도 식감이 또다른 매력이 있어요!!
전 어렸을때 달고나 사먹을때 그렇게 막 부푼 달고나를 국자채로 들고 나무젓가락 하나로 퍼서 먹었었어용 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 처음엔 촉촉하게, 나중엔 그 빵처럼 부푼게 조금씩 식으면서 바삭해지는데 그거 떼먹는 재미도 쏠쏠 ㅎㅎㅎ!! (그땐 그렇게 먹는걸로 배웠네요)
저흰 띠기빵이라고 불렀어요!! ㅎㅎ
정말로 잘 떼어내시는 방법 가르쳐주시나 했는데. ㅋㅋㅋ 프라이팬과 전자레인지로 만드는 방법 시도해보고 싶네요. 달고나 라떼 특히 만들어서 마시고 싶어요.

I saw videos of this stuff being made two years ago and absolutely adored the entire process. It's a lot simpler than I expected. It's nothing like making the candies I used to in my grandfather's chocolate shop but I still want to try it sometime.

'뽑기'로 안하고 그냥 먹고 싶을때는 '맛탕'으로 주세요 하면 할아버지가 철판에 떨궈내고 아무 모양 안찍고 설탕 조금 뿌려서 건네줬다.

I didn't have sugar, so I used sand. It took a _much_ higher temperature to melt, but the final result was indeed very crunchy. My table even looked like yours at the end of the video!
