I live in disposable gloves…sometimes when I’m itching so bad instead of scratching I run my hands under the hottest water I can tolerate. For some reason it feels so good and relieves the itch temporarily. I use gloves when I clean, wash dishes, etc. At night I lather in moisturizer and put on gloves. This is one of the biggest challenges of my life. Thank you for making videos like this!!!xoxoxo
Wow, I do the same too. I'm not sure why the hot water hurts but helps at the same time. Also, I soak in a hot bowl of water with of Epsom salt when it's really bad
For anyone struggling with hand eczema, esp in winters, please try Avene Cicalfate lips restorative cream. The combination of this ingredient in a balm form is wonderful. This is the only thing that worked for me on both my eyes and hands where I would get deep cuts due to dryness in winter. Hope this helps someone.

I never comment on videos but I've been struggling with this eczema flareup for over a year, and I can not be more grateful for all the information shared in this video. Thank you, Dr. Dray!!

Canesten? Is that what you meant. Yes eczema can be a fungal infection. But there are different types of fungus, so canestan, monistat etc can work but need to use for 4 weeks in a row for good results, even if it appears it’s cleared you need to use for 4 weeks.
@@violetgypsie yes that is what I mean. Prescribed by my doc. I was surprised but it worked. Who knew. Certainly worth a try for those who are suffering.
Dr Dray you gave a name to my vaguely diagnosed eczema. Bingo. The watery blisters, the itch like nothing else, the ecstasy that comes from scratching my hands with a nylon bristle hairbrush. 😱😱😱 Fortunately my skincare obsession has prevented flareups! The layers upon layers of products that I apply with my hands to my face has brought me relief. Finally. Thank you for everything you do.
I had a very bad case of this both on my hands and feet from the time I was six years old until I was in my 20s. I really wish I'd had more information but that was years ago. Thanks for helping everyone who is affected with this today.
Many years ago, when I worked as an RN, I had a terrible case of hand eczema. You told me more about it than my dermatologists ever did! The 2 things that helped me get past this problem were: getting a desk job that didn’t require gloves or frequent handwashing, and having a skin patch test that showed me the many topical allergies I had. The “dermatologist recommended” skin cream I was using contained one of these allergens, and just made the problem worse. I haven’t had an outbreak in years. And as far as the itching goes, one of the Derms I first saw told me she couldn’t diagnose me because I scratched too much and I needed to cut my nails short and return to see her. I realized then that I needed to see someone else. She had absolutely no clue!
I’ve experienced the same as a nurse due to the gloves! I had a patch test done too and I have contact allergies to rubber and propylene glycol. So I’ve been using cotton gloves before wearing actual gloves and has helped me a lot. For propylene glycol it’s mainly in soaps and shampoo so I had to pick those without it. I also noticed I’ve been having dryness from drawing up medications like hydromorphone and morphine vials and I always wear gloves now to avoid any contact with it and I noticed I no longer have dryness on my skin. I have a theory due to how strong these medications are that it may cause skin reactions
1. Wash only with Shea Moisture Africa Black Soap 2. At night use CVS Moisturizing Manuka Skin Care Cream in the section where hydrocortisone is. 3. Don’t wash dishes or clean without gloves. It works!
Thank you so much for this video. I have had a mild case for over 40 years and never knew what it was. I have leathery patches associated the affected areas between flairs, but now I know what it is and how to treat it! Thank you for this video and all your videos.
Omg literally Dr Dray nailed it. During the blistery watery bubble stage, I find not using any Vaseline or moisturiser works best, letting it dry out. Then when it becomes dry and peely, moisturising comes back into effect. I would go fragrance free with literally everything: hand wash, shampoos, laundry detergent, etc. and her tip about completely drying the hands after washing to be 1000% true.
I had this eczema on my hands and feet since I was 5. It was terrible and was triggered by sweat and stress. It finally went away for good when I had my children in my late 20’s. It’s been almost 15 years since I had it!
My 18 year old son has been suffering from this since grade school. We have a machine shop and I never realized that the metal contact with his skin has been triggering his horrible eczema on his hands. He enjoys everything about machines and building stuff with metal. The blisters on his hands get so bad and once those are gone, the leathery dry skin cracks open. I’m going to purchase the products that you’ve suggested and pray it will all help him. Eucerin lotion or any eczema lotions just burn on his hands since the skin so dry and cracked open. Thank you so much for this informative video.
When I was in high school, I had such a bad flair up on both hands I couldn’t hold a pencil. I have learned when a flair up is coming and am better at mitigating it. The chronic itch is so terrible! Thank you for bringing attention to this!
It has taken me 10+ years of struggle with this chronic condition to finally identify a routine that works for me. First, I ditched any moisturizer that doesn't have the "accepted" stamp from the National Eczema Association. Eventually, in conjunction with my topical steroid for major flare ups (Betamethasone Dipropionate), I discovered that Vanicream Moisturizing Cream works best for my hands and I apply it immediately after contact with water. I make sure that I wear gloves when washing dishes, and I only use castile soap or african black soap for washing my hands, immediately followed by the Vanicream. After several months, my hands have finally stopped blistering and my pitted nails are returning to normal. It's been a long road, but I'm so thankful to finally find what works for me and I hope that this continues to work. Eczema is tricky. Now I'm fighting nummular eczema on other parts of my body and the same approach isn't as effective. *Sigh*
Something that has really helped my hand eczema flare ups is buying disposable plastic gloves. I bought a pack of 50 on amazon, i wear them everytime i shower and wash hair, once im done washing and conditioning my hair i take them off. It really helps coz u get atleast 10-15 mins less water exposure to your hands. Hope this helps some of you guys!!
This sounds incredibly miserable. I know anyone suffering with this are thankful for any tips you can give them to get some relief. You're awesome, Dr Dray! Happy Tuesday!! I hope you have a blessed evening. 💟
My trigger seems to be anxiety. And the itch is the worst. Heat makes it even worse. I never found anything to to calm the itch ( and I tried alot of things.) the only thing that came close was using carnation oil. I would then have horrible pain after the blisters disappeared. Finding a lotion for the dryness was not a problem. I worked in a book warehouse. Wearing gloves during covid was the absolute worst! I haven't had a flare in about 3 years. Thank you for making this video. Not many people understand the difference between this form of eczema and the more common forms.
Mine started in September when my mom had to have surgery for her brain aneurysm. It hasn't stopped flaring up since and I've been using O'Keefe working hands and Vaseline. Those do seem to help it from being horrible. It's the worst on my pointer finger on my left hand for some reason 🤷♀️
I started getting hand eczema in college and it’s been on and off for years. I haven’t had a flare up in two years, but when I had my daughter 6 months ago I got a flare up within days of her being born and it’s been active ever since. It’s the worst! Thank you for this 🙏🏼
Moved to Australia, developed THE WORST hand and face eczema. Went home to the UK for a month, it entirely cleared up. Went back to Australia, it came back. Went home again for a month, cleared entirely up. Now back in Australia and it’s back! The water is notoriously awful here, many expats have this problem with their skin and hair falling out (my thick hair has thinned out majorly). Defo believe water quality is often a major culprit with eczema
I lived in London, little problem there. Moved to Singapore and the Humidity caused this nightmare that's been almost a year now. Heat and humidity is getting worse here compared to 20 years ago.
@@generaladmiral90 humidity must play a role out here too! But for us in Aus, defo the water plays the biggest role. I've just got a shower filter so praying that works!
I hate when mine flares up. Ugh. Sweat is my trigger which is why mine is worst in the Florida summer. I never connected my ridged/pitted nails to this!!! I learned a lot. Thanks Dr. Dray!
Thank you very much for the hydrocolloid bandages tip. I have many blisters that are sore on my hands right now. The bandages help shrink them! Thank you thank you!
I've never had someone describe the itch so exactly. Deep down itch and the the feeling going through the body while scratching is indescribable but you nailed it. 2005-2007 was non stop flare. I do not know why it'stopped or how it started, but I belonged to a yahoo support group for it.
Yes, I have this type of hand eczema. Your advice to not wear cotton gloves with petroleum jelly during the weeping phase makes so much sense. Thanks 🙏
Thanks bunches!! 18 years bed and breakfast live in manager with little help, this was such a problem because of cleaning products and frequent handwashing. Still have to be careful as I have hyper sensitive skin prone to dermatitis. Watch ur videos often since you appeared in my feed.
I started getting dishydrotic eczema flare ups in my late 20's when I had my first child and was washing my hands constantly. Many years later I've learned what helps me keep it at bay, but I still learned a lot from this video! Weather is a big trigger for me, and so is the frequent handwashing I do as a preschool teacher. Most of the eczema approved products that I've tried don't help me, but Bath and Body Works hand cream works so well for me. It's heavily scented which I know might trigger some people. It's shea butter based but soaks in quickly so I can apply frequently and still use my hands. Thanks for the tips!
Omg I have been dealing with this on just one particular finger for the past almost 2 years! I didn’t realize it wouldn’t go ever away completely, but this makes sense. My finger is almost perfect right now because I have been avoiding what I think to be my irritants like unscented hand and body soap and lotion, using gloves when washing dishes and gardening , but also I am also extra careful when juicing lemons and limes for cooking. These extra tips like totally rinsing and completely drying hands will be helpful for avoiding flare ups in the future. Thank you so much for addressing this, I didn’t realize how common it was!
great timing for this video! in my case, it's always my index and middle finger on the mouse at work that get rashes. Sweat is the main irritant, but also pool water, citrus and even ginger! Dramatically different moisturizer from Clinique, tough not cheap, is a game changer to get rid of leathery fingers.
I've been suffering from dyshidrotic hand eczema for two years, just recently got an allergy test and it revealed I'm allergic to nickel, fragrance mix 1, and...propolis! (I had been occasionally using both a hand cream and zinc paste for eczema with beeswax in it, unknowingly making it worse, because the reaction takes a couple days to appear). I still get the bubbles on my finger, but it's becoming less and less as I resist the temptation to use fragranced soaps and shampoos 😂 Vanicream and Dove Sensitive Soap have been my go-tos so far! This video was packed full of tips I hadn't even considered, like using gym gloves, an anti-sweat lotion on my hands (I can definitely use that in the summer before I have flares from sweat), and a scalp scrubber. So grateful for this resource ❤
Good tips, really something new to try… I noticed that stress level tremendously affects my hands eczema. Just few weeks away on holiday cleans things up naturally. Of course, on day to day we are exposed to so many irritations, even cooking becomes a challenge. What I noticed works for me the most is wiping my hands from water residue, paper towels would be the best! And having cream/cotton gloves at night combo ))
You are the best. Love this channel. My favourite product for my hands is Betaderm gel. I had this with my dermatologist. The best gel ever. Great video as always. Hello from Quebec.😊
Thank you so much for this wonderful and informative video. I deal with this on occasion. This summer, i got such a bad flare. i thought i would go crazy. When it finally subsided, all of the skin on my hands peeled off. I hate going to the doctor to ask about these things because, yes, i know i have eczema and i deal with RA. I always feel like the doctor really does not listen. This is the first time i have gotten a full and helpful amount of information. Thank you!
My teen son finally got his hand under control as he uses a computer mouse and sweat made it worse. Prescription Zorayve that was meant for psoriasis cleared up his eczema hand that had small blisters on it too, please try it, took about 2 weeks with applying this non greasy cream before bed once a day.
This condition is chronic for me in the summer! I can’t let my hands get too wet, nor too dry. Have to be careful with disposable gloves! Affects the sides of my first two fingers only. I have a steroid cream that dries the blisters quickly, but what a hassle! Thank you for this video ❤
I thought this was a very thoughtful, detailed, and caring video to help those that deal with this debilitating issue. I love channels that actually help people, and that's why I subscribe to this wonderful Doctor! Take good care everyone! 🤎
I lived with this for more than 10 years. Nothing can clear it up. I had blisters periods alternating with shedding periods. I have at least 50 pairs of different gloves (Btw I loved arthritis compression gloves. They have open tips and help for the itching.). And then I got prescribed Dupixent. IT SAVED MY LIFE ❤ No more itching and embarrassing flakes 😊
Thank you for addressing this issue. I have struggled for a while with this. It took me a few years to realize my trigger is Clorox wipes. If I just touch one for a second, it flares up my fingertips. My dermatologist prescribed a compound of coal tar and steroids I think. It knocks it out usually in one night. Lucky for me my husband is the compounding pharmacist so speedy delivery!
I used to own a cleaning business and didn't use cloves. I ended up with hand eczema. It got alot better when I started using cloves. I get flare ups if I use a strong dish wash detergent when washing dishes by hand. I now only use Palmolive original and use lotion ( Eucerin calming creme) .
Happy Tuesday Dr Dray. I suffer from hand eczema all year long but it gets worse during the fall and winter. I follow your advice of using gloves for everything and moisturizing the hands frequently. My current favorite hand moisturizer is Eucerin original healing cream. Thanks for this video.
I used to get flare ups so bad I couldn't bend my fingers. The swelling was unreal, and the blisters would even spread a little bit down my wrist. I was always so self-conscious of it.
I use the Neutrogena Norwegian formula moisturizer. I love it. I discovered this about two years ago only because I like Neutrogena products so I gave it a try and I like how it feels on my hands, especially when I have flareups.
I had this on my fingers especially when i washed my hand too frequently. Now i learn to wear gloves when i wash dishes or apply cream immediately after washing my hand with soap. I still hate wearing gloves when i do the dishes or cook, so sometimes i skipped it but i still am careful to identify when it may be triggered from detergent or soap and the like. I love eucerin advance cream or curel ultra healing cream. They works very well on my dry skin. Sometimes i also use jojoba oil
I no longer get those tiny blisters on my fingers but now its turned into what look like chemical burns, itchy, painful and always on the sides of my fingers. This primarily happens during change of seasons…especially cold weather. I have a graveyard of eczema ointments and creams and the only thing I’ve found that brings relief is a salicylic acid cream. I bought a cheap tube at Dollar tree a few years ago on a whim and it’s been an absolute lifesaver during flare ups.
Hydrocolloid bandages are great when the blisters are bursting!! Absorbs it, keeps the skin moist and stops scratching. Works really well for me! Pleased I'm not the only one who finds petrolatum unhelpful in this phase...
I also vouch for this I put hydrocolloid patches (advertised as pimple patches) bc they heal the skin better and helps me not scratch and inflame the eczema more
I have that!!! I get a lot of help from cicaplast mains of Laroche Possay laroche possay has minerals that my skin seems to prefer despite not having perfume it does not smell like sebum thanks for your expertise it really helps !
I was prescribed dupixent however I ended up loosing my hair from it. 😢 It was the only thing that helped me so far, so thank you for this video. I will definitely try some of these other tips and tricks. Glad I'm not alone🥰
I love you Dr dray and can more doctors please watch these kinds of videos. Years ago I went to the ER with the worst version of this, in so much pain, no RUclips around to find out info myself. The doctors couldn’t even determine what it was and just stuck me with steroids.
Thank you DrDray for this video! I think I've developed hand eczema (along with being very allergic to metals) and it's driving me crazy! It's very hard to get an appointment with a dermatologist where I live so I'm definitely going to try some of these products! ❤
Thank you, dear Dr. Dray. This comes at the perfect time for me. If possible, can you please address what skincare ingredients are not beneficial for someone with facial vitiligo and hyperpigmentation? I would immensely appreciate it. Wishing you a very nice Tuesday! 💚
My triggers are detergents, soap, alcohol, acetone, frequent contact with moisture, stripping away too much moisture... basically anything that damages the skin barrier. I wear gloves when I prep meals or clean, dry my hands completely every time I get my hands wet, then immediately apply moisturizer. I tried all the cheap and expensive hand creams I could get my hands on (pun intended), but the ones that work best for me are Neutrogena Norwegian formula and Aveeno skin relief hand cream.
Just to share my experience and what I did to help my hand eczema. The first time I got it was during the summer after taking a shower. My whole hands got bumps and I lasted about 2 months with it because I did not know what was the trigger. After, it subsided by using creams after visiting a doctor, but I still had patches. I ended up noticing that every summer it would flare up and would get triggered after showering. My trigger was water, strong hand soap, and the shampoo I was using. I changed my hand soap to something less harsh and more natural and I would wear gloves when I showered (also changed my shampoo). The bumps went away fast in my second worst flare up and right now I no longer have any patches.
Dr dray I noticed that alcohol was a trigger for me. I thought it was a seasonal flare up since it would appear in the fall and Christmas time but lately I haven’t been drinking as much and realized that since I stopped I haven’t gotten flare ups. I too had a foot fungus that never seemed to go away. Coincidentally back in July or August I decided to minimize drinking coffee and switched over to Matcha tea instead, I did my research and tried to look for more authentic Japanese or better quality match and I was drinking it pretty much regularly for 2 to 3 months. When I went to get my manicure and pedicure, I started to notice my foot fungus getting better and better and I have not had foot fungus now for a little over two straight months. At first, I thought it was because I was also minimizing my consumption of sugar as I know the fungus loves to feed and consume sugar, even if it comes from Blood, but after listening to another doctor, talk about foods that you can consume to clean out your liver, the three she listed were beet juice, black coffee, and green tea and understanding that each time to cure the foot fungus they would recommend taking Lamisil, I realize that the green tea actually flushed out my liver and turn, cleaned out the toe fungus. Right now because of the fall I switched from Matcha to chai since it feels more like a holiday in a cup, but I will continue to drink Matcha tea for all the health benefits, and also the chlorophyll that you get from it.
I had this for 2 years straight. It will start with the little bumps, then itching and finally my hands will be swollen; the skin will crack open and bleed. I had to wear gloves to work, had to use rubber finger tips for me to type. I was tested for over 50 allergens and all came back negative. Nothing really worked for me. I haven’t had any flare ups in 3 years since I moved to another state. I came up with the conclusion that stress was simply the culprit.
You are describing exactly my experience. I had those bubbles. It kept me up and woke me up at night because it was so itchy and painful. Surprisingly CBD cream did amazing at reducing inflammation and once I got that down I got triamcinolone acetonide prescribed which usually stop flare ups right as they begin. Now eucerine usually does the job just fine. But I always remember how I’d wake up crying and scratching and in pain. Just the worst experience. 😢
Thank you so much for this information. Apparently mine started a few months ago, I now wear gloves to wash dishes, and currently switching between the Neutrogena hand cream and petroleum.
Really helpful advice! I get this on the palms of my hands and I wasn't sure exactly what it was. I've had a flare up for the last few months (very annoying), but prior to this one I think the last time was over 20 years ago, so I'm not sure what's triggered this one. It's nearly healed, but it's taking a very long time.
I wish I had seen this video last year. For a lil over 6 months, I battled with this one itchy spot on my palm that spread, healed, then came back. I stopped using bath&body works foaming hand soaps, switched my gloves more often, and did rotations of anti-itch cream and antibiotic cream (sometimes mixing both) to heal my hand.
Have had this since childhood. Removing metals and using only unscented gentle hand wash has helped. Discovered during COVID that hand sanitizers were a major trigger. Gladskin lotion saved me when steroids had no impact.
This past summer the blisters got infected and let me tell you, i could not use my hand at all. The pain was intense. Never happened before and I hope it will never happen again.😢
Where have you been all my life! I started with severe eczema on my hands when I was ten, had medicated creams for it, the cotton gloves at night. Flared up when I had babies, I guess changing diapers. When I changed my body wash from Ivory soap bars it helped a lot. It flared up later in life when I was a baker and washed my had constantly. Pretty much under control now but talk about miserable!
What really helped was also wet wrapping my hands overnight. Nighttime is when my hands would itch like crazy and have gloves on helped me not scratch my hands.
Dr. Dray something that has helped me immensely is taking Allegra. Mold and dust are huge triggers for me. Being in Chicago I get a break from mold during the winter. Had a breakout earlier from cardboard, another trigger for me. Took an Allegra and it stopped the itching. I would scratch to the bone if I could during a flare up.
Also don’t use hand sanitizer. And so many good tips in these comments as I also am healing from recently suffering a double trip to the e. R from finger eczema Don’t use chemicals / cleaning supplies. If you can. Protect your skin even if you only got Vaseline. Something is better than nothing. Also great tips Doc
This year I found out what these bumps are, I've had it since my 20s. It started on my feet, then in my hands. I always thought it was some sort of fungus, but it didn't matter what I used, it never went away. I think my trigger is washing my hands and stress, I hate having dirty hands. I always was embarrassed because I thought it was fungus, but now I'm at peace with my eczema.
Lime juice on my fingers is my primary trigger. Took me forever to figure that out. So sad because I love it on my salads, but don't use it much because.I don't want to the flair ups and find using gloves very impractical in the kitchen. Thanks for the product recommendations.
I started using Gold bond anti-itch cream on my fingers that I couldn't stop scratching at. It stopped the problem. I put it on any time I wanted to scratch at it. The skin healed - and now it no longer looks scarred/aged and crepey! :)

Happy Tuesday Dr Dray so excited to be here i live for this❤️
Morning!
Thanks! Always.
It’s like you knew I needed this. Thank you so much. ❤️💐
Thank you for this video!
Yes, psychological stress/anxiety is the biggest trigger for me. I was surprised it wasn’t mentioned.
Same with a friend but moving between UK and Singapore.
Thanks Dr. Dray!
The shampoo brush is such a good tip!
Thank you for this Dr. Dray. My daughter suffers from this with those dratted fluid filled bumps. Sharing this with her.❤
So happy you mentioned Neutrogena Norwegian formula cream. It has always been wonderful. I use it on my neck and love the texture.
I also get it from fragranced products. It sucks. Gotta carry my own soap 😢
Avoiding liquid soap was a game changer for me. i only use a bar soap for hand washing that is moisturizing too.
I just started researching this and I am happy I found your video! Perfect timing thank you
You are the best. Love this channel. My favourite product for my hands is Betaderm gel. I had this with my dermatologist. The best gel ever. Great video as always. Hello from Quebec.😊
I sadly suffer for this in the summer only. In the winter is different but still there. Thank you for this video
Thank you!
Good Afternoon Dr Dray ❤
My son has this - developed a few years back, he's in his early twenties. So am very much looking forward to your info!!
Coal tar???
I used to own a cleaning business and didn't use cloves. I ended up with hand eczema. It got alot better when I started using cloves. I get flare ups if I use a strong dish wash detergent when washing dishes by hand. I now only use Palmolive original and use lotion ( Eucerin calming creme) .
Happy Tuesday Dr Dray. I suffer from hand eczema all year long but it gets worse during the fall and winter. I follow your advice of using gloves for everything and moisturizing the hands frequently. My current favorite hand moisturizer is Eucerin original healing cream. Thanks for this video.
it is annoying to cope with
@@DrDrayzdaySo annoying.
Happy Tuesday, Dr. Dray❤
Happy Tuesday!
Agreed, petrolatum makes my eczema itch!! i honestly resort to a short case of Cortizone. Cotton gloves are also a great idea.
Eucrisa works great! Prescription needed! Non-steroidal. I actually have psoriasis on soles and palms. Handling cardboard boxes is a no go for me!
I use it, too!
It's the fountain of youth!
I have this and call it Satan's Eczema. It's the absolute worst. Thanks so much for making an updated video on it!
Greetings Dr Dray hope u r well n Yesss this Vid is Gonna b Extremely Helpful🔥n Happy Tuesday😀n Thanks👍….
Morning!
This is something I've been struggling with for a while and I really appreciate you putting this up.
I get a lot of help from cicaplast mains of Laroche Possay laroche possay has minerals that my skin seems to prefer despite not having perfume it does not smell like sebum
thanks for your expertise it really helps !
Did the steriod injection work?
Mine are soap bar, face wash (most brand) and any shower gel 😢😢
Domboro solution works great. Mix it up and leave it in the fridge so its cold. Also vinegar soaks help with itching and using ice packs!
Happy Tuesday Dr Dray…see you tomorrow x💙🤩🎄
Thank you very much for the information. You described it perfectly.
Have had this since childhood. Removing metals and using only unscented gentle hand wash has helped. Discovered during COVID that hand sanitizers were a major trigger. Gladskin lotion saved me when steroids had no impact.
That itch description is so accurate.
Omg I always get this during the cold season
A great informative video! Thank you!❤️
This past summer the blisters got infected and let me tell you, i could not use my hand at all. The pain was intense. Never happened before and I hope it will never happen again.😢
I know. I’ve been there. 😭
This was very helpful thanks so much!
Thanks for the great info. I deal with this issue. Stress and cutting up jicama often set it off for me.
What really helped was also wet wrapping my hands overnight. Nighttime is when my hands would itch like crazy and have gloves on helped me not scratch my hands.
Thx, another excellent video. :)
Thank you Dr. Dray.
R from finger eczema
Don’t use chemicals / cleaning supplies. If you can. Protect your skin even if you only got Vaseline. Something is better than nothing. Also great tips Doc
I would love to see a video on your opinion of Dr Abs about his videos on moisturisers and other ideas he has.
Mine didn’t go away until I stopped eating carbs/sugar. After years of suffering, I haven’t had eczema in three years.
Thank you dr dray ❤ I have an autoimmune condition call mechanic hands due to lung fibrosis. 😟 I’m using your tips!
Lime juice on my fingers is my primary trigger. Took me forever to figure that out. So sad because I love it on my salads, but don't use it much because.I don't want to the flair ups and find using gloves very impractical in the kitchen. Thanks for the product recommendations.
Hi Dr Dray! Would you, please, do a video about how to heal hand psoriasis? Greeting❤
I started using Gold bond anti-itch cream on my fingers that I couldn't stop scratching at. It stopped the problem. I put it on any time I wanted to scratch at it. The skin healed - and now it no longer looks scarred/aged and crepey! :)
Thank you for this
