I always said he's just a coach never a manager. All he did was got a bunch of kids to work hard. All run forward, all run back. The kids are knackered and lost confidence. Our forward line has to work twice as hard compared to any other team. It's also reason our build up is slow because attackers are always defending so by the time they up into attacking positions team is set. Everyone talking about we need attackers, but he won't buy because that would expose him tactically. He needs kid runners but unfortunately they losing faith and physical knackered and overplayed every game. Our injuries is not a coincidence.
