WHY I REVERTED TO ISLAM?

- Salaam Alaikum!
I am Cara, I’m 19 and recently changed my life by reverting to Islam, my usual content is NOT haram however it is not usually associated with my religion so please don’t subscribe if you are expecting purely religious content!
I just wanted to post this video as many people had questions on why I reverted and I didn’t want to hide this part of my life from my following any longer, I want to be unapologetically Muslim.
Any help/suggestions/thoughts would be appreciated however hate from the Haram police or Islamophobes will not be tolerated!

Is-sham sounds sooo true. Oh you can drink alcohol in jennah too. Yes yes I know Muslims were allowed to drink it and allah said it was good, then the Muslims turned up to pray drunk. This is one of the best things I've seen ever. The fact that someone can become Muslim at any point and the fact that I know each and every single person, including Cara, is specifically chosen and hand picked by Allah to be guided, it genuinely baffles me how amazing this world is

Cmon give her break. She is new and learning. Remember the Hadith of the Prophet saw when he spoke to Maudh ibn Jabal. Go to the people of Yemen, tell them it’s compulsory for them to establish the salat after accepting Islam and once they accept that then MAKE THINGS EASY FOR PEOPLE. We need to be patient with people.

just some advice
1) take each step slowly but be consistent in your direction
2) Show family by example if they are hesitant about islam.
3) You as a person will always be who you are so don't feel you need to be someone else. The difference is you are on the right path now.
4) If difficulties come your way now remember its part of the test
Going to a house of worship behind your mums back, on holiday. Rebel.

There was recently an Eid party in Manchester where you can meet other fellow converts !
Praying you have an easy transition and that Allah grants you beautiful company that uplifts you (my first 4 years as a convert I spent totally on my own feeling like an outsider but eventually God blessed me with beautiful sisterhood and a beautiful community in Liverpool - and also got married and have two children alhamduliLlah).

12:09 yes! It’s absolutely okay to write notes on any Islamic book apart from the Quran. You can highlight, underline etc.
And regarding why the scarf wouldn’t stay in place you need to use hijab pins or magnets, order them online or anywhere. Meanwhile you can use like a safety pin it works just fine. And may try jersey Hijabs they’re like cotton almost? They stay still i would say ❤
tbh you can also make notes on the Quran
@@saadkashaf4820 I don’t think so, I’ve researched this before and taking notes or underlining the quranic verses is not permissible. But would love to know other opinions if they have evidence.
@@leaisliving I live in Qatar- they a very strict here- and Islamic schools here do it. Moreover I am from Pakistan- they are also very strict there- my Quran teacher growing up used to make marks on the Quran indicating where to stop and breath while reciting.
and if you think about it Qurans in the time of the Prophet PBUH didn't have verse numbers or page numbers or even the dots and marks on different letters. All of those things are technically notes in order to make it easier to people to understand the Quran.
and finally lots of Qurans come be built in translations as well as tafseer (explanations). so if the publisher/printer of the Quran can add notes why cant the reader add notes themselves?

When I began wearing niqab, my relationship with my parents became really rocky. Some of my friends didn't want to be around me anymore. I struggled getting an appreanticeship after sixth-form. I remember listening to Surah Yusuf with translation and finding great comfort in "I only complain of my grief and sorrow to Allah".
I also found comfort reflecting on how Yusuf rejected a woman for the sake of Allah. He initially suffered - he was called a liar and was put into jail unjustly, but Allah gave him more than he could ever think of. In the end, he had honour, power, and family conflict which was resolved. I, too, found an appreanticeship at a Muslim school where i could wear niqab in front of men and where I could pray without worrying about time running out, my relationship with my parents went back to normal, I made better friends who I am still in contact with today 10 years later.
Especially when you start dressing like a visible Muslim, you will face trials. But always reflect on the Quran, it is the greatest source of comfort.
Umar made that ayat up not moh/allah. He also made up the ayat about praying to the pagan Kaaba. So you know you’ve been duped and are praying to a made up religion.
“Say (O Muhammad) if mankind and jinn were to come together to produce something like this Quran, they would not be able to do so, even if they were to help one another.” (Quran 17:88). Umar did make 3 and they were added word for word. So even the quran tells you it’s false.

Please take it step by step, little by little. unfortunately, you're going to get a lot of judgments and negative feedback, but that's just part of life. And life is a test, so stay strong and don't give up. Remember, with every hardship, there are 2 eases ( yes 2 ). Allah understands your struggles, but we don't. take care!

This is one reason muslim women wear hijab. Muslim ppl believe it is protection for society/woman.
As they cover their beauty it makes it more important for them to develop their personality, morals and intellect, to be defined by.
This makes them pleasant to talk to and hold real conversations around shared values, beliefs and long-term life goals that are also deep and transcend in nature.
It prevents ppl getting arrogant and getting a superiority complex based on superficial trates.
Keeps ppl down to earth, modesty. Trys to prevent self entitlement and Princess complex.
It trys to prevent the commercialisation/weaponising of "beauty", by it not being a publicly displayed and traded commodity/currency.
Trys to give women a break from having to compete with each other on just beauty, in open public. That can cause feelings of jealousy.
Helps to try to prevent an army of simps and street pestering. As her beauty is for HER and the special people SHE chooses in her life.
Helps to try to prevent insecurities trying to maintain unrealistic and unsustainable beauty standards, that are forever changing and expensive to uphold.
This can cause mental issues in people and the sense of constant judgement and body shaming from people that don't know you or care about your long-term good.
