    I LOVE sweet glazing ribs! It's easy as all git out, all you need is jelly or jam and hotsauce or citrus juice and some salty spicy stuff and you paint it on! Always a crowd pleaser!!!!!

    Awesome recipe. I’ll be trying this soon. Would you run at 250 the whole time instead of 225?

      I'm not a pro, but I've done ribs over wood and no thermometer a few times. Judging "doneness" by how much bone is sticking out from "pullback" works as well as any thermometer! Just keep the heat consistant!

    Wow nice how do I get into smoking ribs without having to spend lot of money that's always held me back. My wife and I only we don't eat ribs enough to justify spending the money on a good smoker.
