    "America" is the name of a CONTINENT, where are 35 countries. Our Country doesn't even have a name. And the concept of: United States (US), describes a Model of Political Organization. “US”, is NOT a name. Anyway. Our Country is called “America”, cuz it is on the North American Continent. But the name "United States of America" is a Foreign Corporation located in a 10 mile piece of land in the North American Continent. The land it occupies was back before the Civil War part of two States inside of the so called "AMERICA", THE COUNTRY. They were Virginia State, and Maryland State. The "Act of 1871", took those parts and created the District of Columbia, a City State Country. One of only 3 in the WORLD! And now for the facts that can be looked up on line. Do you know that the UNITED STATES is not a Country? It is a Foreign Corporation. Located in the Foreign City State Country known as the District of Columbia! There are three such City State Countries. 1).- The VATICAN CITY, in Rome, Italy, but not a part of Rome, nor Italy. 2).- The CITY OF LONDON, in London, U.K., but not a part of London, nor the United Kingdom. 3).- The DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (D.C.), in North America, but not a part of any State in North America, nor the so-called Country of “America”. You need to look this up, maybe you are claiming to be a U.S.A. Citizen. For if you make that claim, U R saying that you are (then), are a citizen/employee/slave of the corporation who's on paper name when it was registered in the Foreign Country City State District of Columbia is in actuality the "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION COMPANY INCORPORATED". And all of the States in North America the country that are "Incorporated", (that includes, Cities, Counties, and Corporations. Are all registered as such in the Foreign City State Country of the District of Columbia). This all took place when in 1871, when the Congress was looking for the money it needed to "RECONSTRUCT America”, after the war between the northern States of America called the Union, and the southern States of America, called Confederacy. They were both inside America Continent, what you call Country. At any rate the banker's would only finance “America”... IF the Congress would give the banker's some considerations. 1).- Take land, and give it to the banker's by forming a FOREIGN CITY STATE COUNTRY called the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, (the name didn't matter to the banker's as long as it was not still "USA" property). 2).- They must then form a corporation and register it as the "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION COMPANY INCORPORATED". The banker's demanded that this name must be the name used! (You will find out why later). So Congress did it! They knew they would get the money to Reconstruct. When they did this, they also knew that it was a treason against the Country, and the Citizens of North America to do so. So, to cover there treachery the bankers had this country America, USURPED by there corporation call the United States of America Corporation Company Incorporated in the foreign city state country of the District of Columbia. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA in fact, is just there Corporation that runs the Country, from the FOREIGN COUNTRY the District of Columbia. And the reason it's registered name is U.S.A. CORPORATION COMPANY INCORPORATED is so that it can have franchises outside of their own Foreign land. For instance: In the country of "America" you have States. Florida State is one of them. The Foreign Corporation has a Company Incorporated in that State, but is not a part of that State, just like it is with the Vatican City not being part of Rome, nor Italy, there corporate franchise company in Florida is called the State of Florida. This is a Corporation registered in and for a FOREIGN CITY STATE COUNTRY, the District of Columbia. (For this reason, the State of Florida is NOT called the State; it is called REPUBLIC: The Republic of Florida. And for the same reason you should know that the Capital of our country is NOT the City of Washington, but the Capital of "America" is THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA! The only national territory where no citizen can vote, and yet the District of Columbia has two representatives in the Congress of the Union). Well, this corporation registered It has nothing to do with "America" the Country nor the land mass of America the Continent. It is only a piece of paper in a filling cabinet in the Foreign Country the District of Columbia. The same goes for the Counties, Cities, and all the incorporated agencies. Like the police, jails, and court's in, but not a part of the country. They too have been USURPED by there corporation counter pats. Take notice: the Law of the Country "America" is COMMON LAW. Where the LAW of the CORPORATION U.S.A. CORPORATION is Admiralty Law of the Sea: COMMERCIAL LAW. Just when was the last time you appeared in a Common Law Court? NEVER! All the court's have been usurped in the country of North America by the FOREIGN CORPORATION IN THE COUNTRY OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA'S counter parts. A place where JUSTICE has been REPLACED by there corporation's JUST-US SYSTEM. And you my friend, are not a part of there "us", and nether are there CORPORATE citizen/employee/slave's!… And now, you know why they are fighting so hard to take away your guns! The Second Amendment to the first real Constitution was for the governing body, NOT FOR THE PEOPLE! It told the company/governing body what WE THE PEOPLE expected of them! They were given by we the people certain Rights! One that comes to mind, and has been changed for there benefit is the Right to regulate commerce. This in no way gave them ANY RIGHT TO REGULATE ANYTHING ELSE. Like taxes on WE THE PEOPLE. Nor Licenses for the people not conducting commerce. Corporation's citizens from doing so. Why? Cuz they are all Foreigner's on American Land. If American's go to the District of Columbia, they must follow the rules and regulations and statutes of that Foreign Country. (Amendment 14 Section 1 covered that, it also turned Corporations into People. So when they say “We The People”, That does not include us. Unless you are part of the Corporation or a special interest group within the Corporation. That Constitution was written for and by Masons, the Corporation, Special interest Groups. It was not written for the common people of “America”, or as they call us, “Non Essential”). Well… This ends your lecture on the differences between the two DISTINCT AND DIFFERENT COUNTRIES, AND THERE CORPORATIONS. And something extra to add: “Paying for your Driver Licensed is a "Privilege Tax" and nothing else. ALL we have the Right to TRAVEL. Travel is FREE. Now, Commerce Driving has to be Licensed, cuz in this case: "We Drive and not just Travel". A "Vehicle" ("Motor Vehicle"), is used to Commerce, but an Automobile, generally is not. The End. I sure hope you have gained some wisdom from this lecture, and by all means look every bit of it up! You will be surprised by what you find here in Internet. You will never learned in CORPORATION SCHOOLS. In conclusion: There is no Country called “AMERICA”. There is a private Corporation called the United States of America. Now. It was necessary to add a couple of facts regarding your Country "America". (With the Pandemic I have a lot of time to search the web). Here we go: Did you know that your Country is the most indebted in the world? Astronomical quantities. Impossible to pay. Adding up all the debt of Latin America and Africa, it would only be one sixth of what “America” owes to the United States of America Corporation Company Incorporated (USA-Co. Inc. District of Columbia). Why? Cuz "America" does not have its own money. We do not OWN our money. The true and only owners of the dollar is the Federal Reserve, governed by appointed members, not elected nor supervised, since the Federal Reserve is NOT part of the Gov’t. and it is not "Federal" either. FedRes It is Cartel Bank, and part of the USA-Co .Inc. In the District of Columbia there are also other institutions that DO NOT belong to the Government, such as the Department of the Treasury or the IRS, which collect TAXES or imprison citizens Illegally. Your Country, my friend, exists within the fait accompli, but does not exist in formal legality nor in compliance with International Law. Your country is made up of Independent Republics. Republic of Virginia; Republic of California; Rep. of Florida, or Tennessee, etc. With its own laws and flags and their legal shields. Even with their own money. Legally! (In the case of the Republic of Texas, they have their money legal tender and it’s SILVER 99.9% purity). ALL Republics United, yes, but NOT TO FORM a single Republic nor a Country. (For example the Right to have a Flag: All countries in the world are made up of States, Provinces or Counties, but NONE OF THEM has a Flag. Mexico, for example, is made up of 32 States but none has a flag. In the US, all the States of the Union have their own Flag, cuz they are "Republics"). And this is the reason why our nation does NOT have a name, but rather we have a Model of Political Organization, or a Political Status as a name: USA.

      Regardless of what continental model anyone follows, it doesn't automatically make América a country & 'American' a term only for the U.S.A.🇺🇲!👍
      América definitely is not a country or a nation. Therefore, 'American' isn't a nationality, a citizenship, or a term exclusively for the U.S.A.🇺🇲
      Anyone who uses these terms as such is due to selfishness, ignorance, conceitedness, laziness, stubbornness, indoctrination, and/or arrogance!
      Furthermore, an American is from the Continent of América!👍
      The United States of América/America (U.S.A.)🇺🇲 has a simple, basic, generic, & descriptive name that's easy to comprehend & not misinterpret in any way or language!
      The United States of América/America (U.S.A.)🇺🇲 simply means we are STATES, that are UNITED, on the Continent 'OF' AMÉRICA!
      Not América of the United States!!!😏
      It's what our Founding Fathers & authors meant, and still means!👍
      Greetings from the U.S.A.🇺🇲, an American from the Continent of América!

The national government would function like the eu and also regulate trade. Ever since the abandonment of the articles of co federation the nations government held most of the power. This is simple shit and you should have had to learn it to pass at least one of your grades. Why did you get those two mixed up? Under the articles of confederation (made long before the civil war) the states had there own money and couldn’t work together the electoral college was created for two reasons, the founding fathers didn’t trust us to vote and because it would be impossible to count all of the votes accurately they divided it up between reps

      Well, I guess politicly, Two land masses would separate into separate continents, even though that is not a correct defenition, back then with limited tech, it was correct, kinda like Europe and asia, it depends on how you look at it, Most people could look at it like its two separate continents. But it would also be correct to view it the same, And back when they did, I assume they thought 'hmm, this is separate but huge land masses, lets divide it into north and south' it was basically two correct choices, and they chose the more popular one.

      Basically, the Americas were physically split by the US because of the Panama Canal. Essentially, it helped the US get ships from one side of the continent to the other much faster. Conveniently, it opened the month before WW1 started, so it helped the USA get ships from the Pacific to the Atlantic when they joined the war. It was originally proposed by Charles of Spain in 1534 to build a canal through Central America get ships through faster, and was finally built by the US, finishing in 1914. The people of Nicaragua wanted it built through them, however panama at the time had been having a lot of separatist movements, and they split from Columbia in 1903. Panama also wanted the Canal built through them, and were willing to pay a lot less for it. The US agreed to build it, as they also wanted it built so they could get their ships though.

    • @AwayAtKeyboard
      @AwayAtKeyboard 7 лет назад

      In that case, I think it was probably Manifest Destiny, I've always been taught that the US wanted control over North America, which probably got Americans used to saying North America, rather than just America. If it's not that, then idk what it is.

    • @AwayAtKeyboard
      @AwayAtKeyboard 7 лет назад

      Europe became a separate continent because of how technologically advanced (for their military) they were, for Africa, i think it was mainly the Europeans generalizing about cultures and ethnicities, and since Africa is only connected by a little bit of land that a canal also when through, the Europeans decided it was easier to say it was a separate continent.

      greg gold yes. I grew up in Puerto Rico. I'm familiar with it. Puerto Ricans are indeed citizens, but they cannot become president, and they cannot vote for president as long as they are residents of Puerto Rico.

    • @bilcarter
      @bilcarter 7 лет назад

      Not true. Puerto Ricans, although US citizens, are forever ineligible to run for President if they were born in Puerto Rico to Puerto Rican parents. If they were born in one of the 50 states, they are eligible, but that is a special provision of the commonwealth status of Puerto Rico.
      The candidate who was born in Panama was John McCain. As the Constitution mandates, he was a "natural born citizen" of the United States because of the citizenship status of his parents at the time of his birth. The same situation applied to Ted Cruz who was born in Canada to a US citizen.
      It doesn't sound fair, but that is the law. Puerto Ricans' citizenship is contingent upon the political status of the island. If Puerto Rico were to become a state, that would then allow anyone born before statehood to be eligible to run for President. Until then, they cannot. Their US citizenship allows them to vote for president, but only if they move away from Puerto Rico and establish residency in any of the 50 states.

    Guantanamo is not claimed by the United States. Both Cuba and America agree that it is Cuba's sovereign territory.
    States are not granted power by Congress, America is a federation, not a unitary state. Specific powers are reserved to the states by our constitution and Congress is granted largely specific and limited powers.
    The Civil War wasn't about the supremacy of federal law, that had long been settled by previous court cases that found things like nullification to be unconstitutional. The question at issue in that war was over whether states had the specific power to secede (as well as the future of slavery but that wasn't the legal question at issue).
