Dude, it didnt hit me till the last half of the video, but i appreciate you using the BT3 menu music for the background. The best Dragon ball game music ever, and give me such a good feeling of nostalgia. Like a breath of fresh air type of music
Yo Inzem, I really appreciate this kind of video bro🙏🙏 I’d love it if you made somewhat of a series for this kind of video, I wanna learn how to get better😭
The problem with picking base form characters is that you will lose a few health bars before you can transform. Then you won't get the full benefits from the transform. It works better for me to pick the final form for my first character so I can pressure them from the start while they are trying to transform.
The problem with picking transformed characters is that it costs more whilst building a team and it has been said that the stat boost is stronger if you go from base to transformed than it would be picking already transformed character not to mention if you are doing fusion, you get more hp than picking an already fused character
That's a lie. You get more buffs from transforming throughout the fight. It's been wildly known to start base then fuse for better buffs... You also get health from doing so
at 4:00 you say that z-counters can be used mid combo unlike super counters, but super counters can counter all of the things that z-counters can be used on as well, except for ki based attacks alone (but i also think if you vanish a ki super it's not called a z-counter technically, have to double check that later). Also, even if you miss the super counter on the first hit of a rush attack, you can still try and use it on the 2-4 hits of the rush attack, as well as any of the finisher/heavy options (aside from kiai cannon). This is especially useful since super counters can be used when getting hit from behind, and taking an opponent's back is the #1 priority for any style of combo string, where any guard becomes useless to counter step in extensions. I have to double check later, but Ive also had the super counter work when Im pressing triangle for some reason, but what Ive noticed is that if I miss a super counter, I cant keep holding forwards and try to press square again, I have to also re-"press" forwards. However, if I don't press square, it seems like I can hold forwards indefinitely until I attempt a first super counter. Feel free to fact check me, and I'll be trying some of this out for more definitive answers later too, but this is from only 30 hours so I can't be too certain anyhow
Also I wanted to note the emphasis on super counters being used during a rush attack string because the essentially endless square mash from sparking mode can ONLY be countered by a super counter if you aren't facing the opponent
You know what I miss? Using ability items to strengthen characters in story mode. As far as I remember, Budokai Tenkaichi 2 was the last Tenkaichi game to do this.
Any tips for when someone attacks from behind and puts you in an almost infinite loop (mostly AI I'm talking about). They flash behind you, attack your back, you get in a state where you cant do anything, and they continue their barrage of hits. Is it just timing with Z counter? I can't make it happen..
Also for people that play on “Standard” controls, put your revenge counter on “R3” instead of “L3” because the last thing you want to do is accidentally activate it, waste a skill point, than get countered again by another player, and then get punished for it
This game is far too complicated. And poorly streamlined. There’s a regular counter, z counter, super counter, then 2 of the 3 is frame rate based. The defensive measures placed into this game kills it for me personally. Also the fact that you can’t fully customize your button lay out in which the game forcibly pigeon holes you into its own broken schematics are extremely frustrating and infuriating. DBZ Kakarot had a more streamlined gameplay that was challenging and fun, way better than this
Bro I swear videos like this are the problem with modern day gaming. Just play and enjoy the game. Everybody got look up tips to get better and what not. Shits gonna turn into cod fast
@@Kendreee I’ve got the game and played it but I’d rather naturally progress by playing the game and not looking stuff up even if I get cooked. I’ve even been playing with a damn arcade stick which limits me in some ways but my god is it fun.
The first fight with goku black was driving me up a wall until I turned guard assist off, after that it was a cake walk. Thanks for the tip.

The counter-counter battle is really really close to the anime, I actually love the repeated z-counters in fights.
Appreciate it bro this video was VERY helpful! I can't wait to watch more like this
Great vid bro and definitely Great tip on the Sparking mode I def only used it for my ultimate, now I’m gonna utilize it properly.

2:08 "the next one you should turn off is the revenge counter" (proceeds to turn it on) 😂
lmfao I noticed that after I finished recording

I didn't know guard assist was on. I was wondering why my characters were auto blocking. Maybe I can finally get my guard/ counter game up! Thank you

Thank You Inzem, Amazing Guide! Bandai should include destruction animation packs Like we see at 3.54 in this video , Great cut bro
The G.O.A.T uploaded a video for the peak game what a day
So glad to see FGC players help and break down an arena fighter.
I was playing on classic since release and its probably the biggest mistake ever lol I’m switching to standard instantly😭😭
how
I'm more comfortable with classic
Why? Is it objectively worse or is it just an opinion thing? Should I switch?
@@warmice4136 honestly yes its objectively worse game was built on standard.
@@thatpersoneveryoneknowsbut7533 and that’s ok
Dang. You reminding me that it's been 17 years since the last Budokai Tenkaichi game....that hurts.
Did anyone notice how after you power up the sky changes. Now if a power blast is deflected towards the sky it'll clear up.

3:43 hearing that from tfs vegeta is COMEDY 🤣🤣
as a tekken player, the circle and triangle input is already muscle memory hahaha
This was one of the better videos I watched, please get a new microphone though lol
My fingers hurt so bad trying for super counters
Bro, you are the GOAT
no problem!
You should turn off ALL settings. Auto recovery is a toss up.
they really need to add in a customising where you can increase the health bars. I feel like the battle ends too quickly for me
Just allow capsules or whatever in your fights. You can add health that way
Everybody is clapping my cheeks ong
Same bro people be sweating online

Classic all the way
I turned the game on for the first time and it was already set at standard. They must know i used to get clapped on BT3

Why are the days moving so slowly all of a sudden? The regular edition needs to release already😢
What are your thoughts on whether or not this game has the potential to be competitive? You seem uniquely qualified to be able to comment on that
If the devs nerf some things, and some cheap things are banned in tournaments, then yeah it can be competitive i think.
Does anyone know if you can vanish an unblockable ultimate in close range
Yes
8:06 Roger Willco, and I'll add a comment for the algorithm.
how to choose the right character? example: which is the better 5 point char? ..
See I felt something was wrong with guard assist because I know I was blocking right and countering ultimates I was about to say 😂💯

I miss DBFZ content😢
ill still upload dbfz related content to the channel!

Saying it as Fighter-Z instead of fighters in 2024 is a bold move

Worst training interface. I don’t get that part bro. Rb2 was better
Dp part is wrong, meta right now is a 8-10 cost character and another one. My team rn is gogeta z and teen gohan and they cant even beat my gogeta
Super original.
When I did my research I noticed a lot of the better players using weaker forms for more balanced teams
@@INZEMyup, i use jiren and weaker characters.
Game just came out. Let's not talk meta just yet 😂
lol
How the game ain’t even been out for a month and everyone is putting out pro tips.
I am something of a professional gamer myself
I respect it, it’s just an funny observation.
If you are more used to brain dead games made way too easy then pick standard.. if you r a BT veteran you rather choose classic
