Really enjoyed this video. Lots of good advice. Just started cooking with ground turkey. Will try your recipe. I agree about not using store bought egg whites. Thanks for all the tips.
Looks like you enjoyed the finished dish, Mike! Lol

@@steroidsR4losers those are true supplement endorsements.
All of us who work at the company (myself included) love to use the protein and the other products. You can believe what you want but the first thing you said is 100% wrong.
Anyone who has gotten themselves into shape (and I understand why you wouldn't know this) knows that supplements, especially pre-workouts and protein, can really help.
Having said that, your second point is moot. Everyone knows what it takes to become Mr. Olympia. It's not 1995 anymore, buddy. The information is in plain sight.
It's a calculated and risky decision that an adult makes. Freedom means having autonomy over your own body and what you put into it.
      Right?

Chicken thighs are full of fat and not good compared to the good more expensive Chicken Breasts💪👍

Not good for what? Many gourmet recipes call for chicken thighs as they are far more flavorful than breasts.

@@MikePulcinellaVideo Yes!flavorful but Brest or White meat is more healthier and less fat and more expensive than thighs or dark meat!! And Mike I think we met a while back in early 90s at Powerhouse or Lats Gym when Kia was there in NYC ,
STAY SAFE AND STAY STRONG 💪

@@LopsangMrNyChamp Dark meat is richer in nutrients than white meat and contains more iron and zinc.
Scientifically speaking, the difference comes down to the amount of myoglobin present in the different cuts of meat. Myoglobin is an oxygen-carrying protein (or hemoprotein) responsible for giving dark meat its reddish color.
The more myoglobin, the darker the meat and the richer the nutrients. Myoglobin provides muscles with the oxygen required for exercise and movement. Since chickens are flightless birds, they use their legs and thighs to get around, making those parts darker than the breast or wings.
For years dietitians, nutritionists, and other professionals have recommended white meat over dark meat because white meat has less fat and fewer calories.
Fast forward to today where the war on fat has tempered; fat and saturated fat are not the dietary villains we once thought they were.
And while dark meat does contain more fat than white meat, it’s not as big a difference as you might think and it’s this extra fat that gives it its juicy texture.
Dark meat is also richer in nutrients than white meat and contains more iron and zinc.

I know the health benefits of ginger, but I stick to ginger shots. That stuff is to strong for me to put in a meal, haha

The video and audio is terribly out of sync..
I still watched it all, but at first did not understand what was going on as the audio was saying one thing and the video showing something completely different...

If you eat this low quality food and are as great as you are imagine what you could do with a quality food diet, if you look around I can beat walmart prices getting grass fed meat and have it shipped to my door if you buy in bulk
