    Just when I was wondering how to improve my forehand skills since I find mine so much worse than my overhead back-hand shots and feeling too often pressured in this area, I discover your channel and this video. Thanks for all the well-explained advices, I'll try to apply them asap and check the differences :)

      Thanks Magnas, feel free to check out our other videos, specially the ones on grips to ensure you have the right grip because that can cause a lot of problems if it's not right. Have a look at some top players overhead action and try and copy so you get in a good position to hit with a 'throwing action'.     The cross behind tip is super helpful! Due to slow footwork I use this technique fairly frequently, and the cross neutralizing shot is a killer at my level
