Thanks to Bo.lan Restaurant (www.bolan.co.th/2019/) and Courageous Kitchen (courageouskitchen.org/) for collaborating for this amazing fully vegan (plant based) gourmet Thai food meal experience.

First, Dwight ( / bkkfatty ) and I walked around the backyard and Bo.lan Restaurant. They are known for using organic ingredients, and for only using sustainable food sources. Some of the finishing herbs and ingredients are grown right in the backyard, right in the heart of Bangkok. One of the things I especially liked are the keyhole gardens made from old wine bottles.
It was a fantastic vegan Thai food meal experience, and a great demonstration on how food can be plant based, yet still be packed full of flavor and spice.
NOTE: This was a special collaboration for a couple days, so it’s not typically offered on the menu. But possibly in the future there will be more events like this.

The vegan Thai food looks really good. Thai food is by far my favorite cuisine to eat as a vegan because it's so flavorful and versatile.
What ever be the food, Mark's usual remarks will be, Oh yeah, Oh Wah, Awesome, Amazing, Incredible etc. And he loves what ever items are served to him. That's simply Awesome.

I'm loving your vlogs more and more. I'm trying to go vegan and I'm wanting to have foods from Asian countries that are plant based. I've been trying Filipino and Korean vegan dishes and I'm loving it. Now I've got to find Thai cooking vloggers to get Thai recipes.

Every time I see Dwight I think of Somalis and North Eastern Kenyans (often referred to as 'Kenyan Somalis). Very strong undeniable features....oh...and the food, would love try vegan thai food as Thai food is 'always' tasty, so I just might be won over as I was in India with vegetarian food, though still respectfully carnivorous!🦁

Being Vegan is such a luxury in my area. We hardly even get soy milk never saw a pack of almond milk in my locality. Vegetarian is sustainable in my area but not vegan.
