I read the title and got all excited when you showed that 911 right off the bat - my all-time favourite car... but your 300SL collection rocks too. And that super premium example has unbelievable detail for a 1/64 model. It's gorgeous. Beats anything and everything in my modest collection! Kind of surprised they left the undercarriage so bare though. Thanks for showing us this one. Very cool. I wish you a great day. Greetings from Switzerland - Andrew 🍁👍
Hi Andrew, that TLV 911 is it self an amazing model, I have two versions of it and it will be hard to resist if they put more out. You're right about the underside of the Briscale, it is a bit of a let down if you care about such things. I usually forget to even look at the bottom of a lot of models so it's not a high priority thing to me but for this price range they really should have done a better job there.
Nice, thanks Danny. I've had a few people say they were doing that over the past couple weeks. Hopefully I can keep making better videos in the future.
There aren't any major brands like this but Tarmac Works has a line coming called Hobby64+ that adds opening parts. Given the detailing on the existing Hobby64 models it's likely they will be pretty nice. The first model is going to be a Lancia 037 which I'll definitely be picking up. Otherwise searching ebay or aliexpress for 1/64 scale diecast will turn up some stuff from brands like PGM.
my most premium 164 is one of the rb18 i got from suzuka grand prix it has wear pattern on the tyres and the carbon has a textures weave and even the sponsors and helmet details are visible i paid about 80 for it but i see them sell for about 250 online and i can see why the details are insane considering i have the same car 4 different version ranging from 8 dollars to the 80 one and its cool seeing the visible differences
I've been looking for something like this for decades, DECADES! Very detailed indeed. How hard would it be for them to 3D PRINT / Laser Cut something infinitely detailed nowadays? Like the gauge cluster could be perfectly made out of glass.
I agree with you on the level of detail on this car it is fantastic. I own the silver one with the plaid seat option and it is fantastic absolutely one of my favorites. Note I said one of my favorites as you have got to take a look and see if you can find the Rolls-Royce cullinan in 1/64 scale. It is by far and I do mean by far my now most favorite and most prestigious piece in my collection I'll see if I can find the box it was shipped in so I can give you the information otherwise you'll after Pursuit on your own my friend as of now
I really wanted that silver one or the red one but it wasn't available when I ordered. I had a Cullinan from Time Micro that I ended up giving to David @ Twyce Diecast. Is that the one you're talking about? It was a very nice model but I found I didn't really care much for the vehicle it self.
Stunning 300SL, especially the interior (with the exception of the shifter that sticks out like a sore thumb imo), beautiful engine detail too. I had to look up what kind of a material kirksite is, apparently it's the strongest type of zamac.
Ahh, kirksite is the metal. I didn't make that connection, thanks for pointing that out. That shifter is a little large for scale but in the real car it seems to just kinda stick out too.
I hate that missed that TLV release recently. Was the grey version in the Vintage Race Car set? Agree on this vehicle, gotta have opening doors. The Briscale is a crown jewel, for sure. I think I’ve got it on a watch list. Great addition, Karl. That interior is superb. The seats are my favorite part! Beautiful.
Those TLV Porsches are really beautiful, I thankfully grabbed both versions while they were available. Yes that grey HW 300SL is from that set. This Briscale definitely seems like something that would be up your alley.
Hot Wheels did a good job with the mainline Mercedes 300SL, the Schuco version is also really nice. The "Briscale Model" version (never heard of them before to be honest) wins them all on details (the interior looks fab for a 1/64 model), although one would argue that the door gaps are not that nicely done, something that doesn't show as much here because of the dark color. Other than that, the model looks perfect, especially for such a small scale. Thanks for showing this.
Yeah, you're right about the doors. That's normally something I really complain about and should have mentioned it here as it is definitely a weakness. It didn't bother me as much as it usually does as this is a model that you really want to display with the doors open.
Yeah there are some really great 1/64 scale models from the more premium brands. Nothing compared to what you can get in 1/43 but they're good enough for me as space is a challenge. Looks like you have quite the collection of 1/43 very impressive.
@@StingerDiecast thank you ☺️ When I started collecting 1/43 scale was the main scale for collector is my country.. And I like them as they can be quite detailed...but on the other hand they can get quite pricy...but this is what it is with us, collectors, right? 😅😅
never seen very cool interior detail for the 1/64 casting for me there are 2 main purpose diecast to be made. first diecast as toys n the other that diecast for collection. all castings show definitely awesome collection cheers, Agung
Yeah this one is about as far from the toy category as you can get. It's a beautiful model and the fact it actually kinda rolls is a surprising bonus although it's not gonna win any races. :-)
This is a great model, been waiting for someone to do a nice premium version. I would be interested to know what seller you picked it up from, none of them were familiar to me, and I had some bad luck taking a chance on a seller a few months ago, so a little gun shy now. I will see if I can find an email for you or pm you.
This dark blue Mercedes 300 SL is amazing, wow! 😍👍🏻😄 And now i have to order the Schuco Mercedes 300 SL at a local Store its reduced in the price from 9.99€ to 7.99€. 😂
Yeah the base of the car didn't seem to get much attention. That's not something I really care much about but on something like this it probably should be better.
These Mercedes 300 SL's are cool. I have the HW IWC version and the blue Schuco. The ugly question is, what's the price range for Briscale? The details are fantastic, especially the interior. Super bonus points for opening doors/hood/trunk ! If the price comes down, maybe I'll pick it up. Great review!
These are around $50 so definitely not cheap and more than I'm typically willing to spend for 1:64 scale but very well done which makes it acceptable to me.
Lovely selection of 300sl’s but as you said what a stunning example by Briscale, it looks superb (I will have to check this out) also good to see the Schuco, they produce some really nice pieces across the whole range👌...thanks and take care👍
Yeah, I'm a big fan of Schuco and the 300SL is definitely one of their better castings, well worth picking up. The Briscale is too but at 5 times the price it is pretty expensive.
It's sold as Briscale Models or sometimes BSC and you can find it for between $25 and $45 depending on where you look. These brands are kind of weird, they claim these are very limited but I'm skeptical if that's true. Still a cool model though.
, Spooky cowboy at, at, at.... Wait for it, 9:58. Once you see him, you can never unsee him! PS, first time viewer. You make an strong argument for buying very high quality pieces, as they are just stunning. Cheers, Michael in Toronto. PPS let me know when you see him.
Nice but not as nice as a resin MY64 or DMH - those while not featuring any opening parts are just breathtaking. And that comes from someone who is collecting 1/18 CMC models and recently discovered resin 1/64 high end models.
Waiting on this to come in, decided to hold off on the RLC version just to get this

I'm going over ALL of your old videos...so GOOD!
Nice, thanks Danny. I've had a few people say they were doing that over the past couple weeks. Hopefully I can keep making better videos in the future.
Wow wow wow! just fantastic!!!! love the buildup with the other castings!!!!
Now that is one exceptionally well detailed 300 sl.
Yeah, it is indeed. They did a great job overall.
I'm going to start collecting model cars by watching your videos, keep rocking waiting for your new updates
Cool, glad the videos are proving useful. Thanks.
it is so beautiful that even I have 2 hot wheels rlc sl, I still want this version! Thanks so much for showcasing this beautiful item
Glad you like it! Thanks.
Those are some absolutely stunning models!! 🤩
Congratulations for the incredible collection Brother.
Thank you so much 😎✌️
That is absolutely beautiful!!!! That is a diecast piece of art.
Indeed, it is a really beautiful piece. ✌️😎
Can you suggest model car brand which have fine detailing and functional doors, bonnet, rearyailgate like darkblue 300sl

I have checked in internet I found only less car models are available in pgm can you conclude how many car brand models are available in pgm
If you’re asking about the brand PGM I don’t know how many models they have put out.
Beautiful details thanks for sharing
Stunning Karl. Wow! Beautiful done 300. Amazing what they did in this scale. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
No doubt, really beautiful given the scale. Thanks Bog.

The blue gullwing is truly spectacular. Interior detail alone won me over
It really captures the car well. Thanks. 😎✌️
Amazing cars indeed!
Yes they are! Thanks. ✌️😎
What's the brand of dark blue 300sl
Briscale Models but it also appears to be sold as BSC
I've been looking for something like this for decades, DECADES! Very detailed indeed. How hard would it be for them to 3D PRINT / Laser Cut something infinitely detailed nowadays? Like the gauge cluster could be perfectly made out of glass.
Great looking model 👍👍
Definitely a nice piece. Thanks.
This is nice but the Tetsuma Bisimoto has this beat in spades. No opening doors, but it's absolutely flawless.
Wow 😮 that’s awesome mini car
Thanks for watching. It is indeed a pretty cool little model.

Wow that MB 300sl is impressive
Indeed, thanks. ✌️😎

Thanks! 👍
If I haven't read in your description that those are 1/64 model I could have swear they are 1/43
that Cobra is awesome
and those SL models....

This came from woodymodels on ebay. I think it shipped from China and took maybe 2 weeks to arrive.
@@StingerDiecast thanks again, received today, even more amazing in person, I have been wanting a fantastic 300sl for a while, this is definitely it.

That Schuco is well worth getting for sure.
That normal HW 300 SL is, well, great but that black plastic base doesn't serve well to the rest of the otherwise nice casting.
Yeah the base of the car didn't seem to get much attention. That's not something I really care much about but on something like this it probably should be better.

And here i was excited when my 1:64 bugatti Granturismo had carbon fiber on it
LOL, those Bugatti's are pretty cool too.
How much I miss your videos! :( Hope you are alright
Anybody else spot the cowboy ghost in the case? Super weird!
Sounds spooky but not sure what you mean?
