    Hey. That headstock and tailstock with rotators and 7th Axis slider u are showing at 7:42 was designed by me in 2022 for a pressure vessel fabrication operation.

    We have 2 welding robots with 3.5 reach distance and 2 tables 6 m length. Robots are installed between the tables. They work together on one table while on the other table parts for welding are assembled. In that configuration we don’t need tracks or rotators and have twice higher productivity.

      Hi! Any Robot brand (not only Panasonic). Any robotic cell configuration (not only 2-3 options). Unique software.

    the system is available for old robot like motoman up6 with xrc?

      Unfortunately, Motoman XRC is too old a robot controller. We do not work with them. But we work with Motoman DX100, DX200, YRC1000
